Gioninos Pizzeria, Twinsburg OH

Ordered $80 worth of food for a party. Two large pizzas both grossly undercooked to the point of nausea just to look at the nasty wet dough. The large salad was slimy and looked as if the lettuce sat for multiple days in the container before sale. A tragic display of carelessness by those preparing the food. The saving grace was the chicken as it was cooked properly and safe to eat. I suppose if you really have to eat here just order the pizza well done or extra well done or just stick to the fried chicken.

Hit or miss depends who is workimg how the food tastes. Sometimes food is ok other times pizza is greesy and chicken soaked with oil.

It is currently 9pm they are supposed to be open until 10pm according to online lookup. It states they are still open yet no answer when I call. Update your information on line to be accurate. Very frustrating.

My favorite lunch special place. The pizza is bomb an the staff are always more then welcoming.

Ok pizza nothing special whatsoever. The BBQ chicken pizza is not good at all. Using BBQ sauce as the sauce for the pizza is NOT a good idea. The sauce is bland as hell and pretty thin. So it looks as if none was even applied. Why not just use regular pizza sauce and actual BBQ chicken instead

Their food is mid and their hours listed are wrong. It's not even 9pm and they're not answering the phone despite this saying they're open til 10p. The jo jos are amazing tho. 10/10 for those.

They delivered an under cooked pizza. The owners son tried to charge me for the free pizza he promised. (that’s why the delivery guy was very hesitant to give me the receipt). Check you’re receipt folks. I will go elsewhere.

Food was awesome got the family meal pizza (looked good and it was), chicken and potatoes! Tyler was super helpful in carrying it all to the car since i had an infant with me.

We got a few different varieties from plain cheese for the kids to a chicken bacon ranch and everything in between (a pepperoni and some combo types). We over ordered but no complaints as we enjoyed it for several meals!

Order taking and pickup were quick and accurate.

Good pizza, and the sauce & crust are always zesty to taste. When you can't afford to waste gas looking for a new pizza place, Gionino's always fills the gap, because they have locations everywhere!

Order 2 piece snack pack my chicken was hard as a rock only 4 jojos in the box of course my cold slaw wasn’t in the box called and let them know his response was I’ll give you. 85 credit lol what a joke I won’t be back

We have ordered only gioninos for years from the Streetsboro location. After moving to the area we have started ordering from Twinsburg. After years of being loyal customers, we are done. This location makes a mistake every time. They brought us the wrong pizza tonight, I called and they were very nice and said they would remake it and send it right back out. After over an hour it arrived with a very rude delivery driver who said we owed them $3 for coming back out but it had to be cash. Well, 1.no one told us that so we weren’t prepared 2.we don’t carry cash and had to search for $3. Yes $3 isn’t a lot, but the fact that they were rude and coming back out for sending us the wrong order in the first place is ridiculous.

Something needs to change at the Twinsburg location before losing more customers.

I really, really wanted them to get better, but tonight was the last straw for me. I'm just done. What they served me was absolutely unacceptable, and should of never left the store. (see pic). The quality has been going downhill for a while.
