Gionino's Pizzeria, Canton OH

Best pizza in town. Super thick and well cooked crust and the sauce is phenomenal. The whole menu is consistent with flavor and quality. Pizza is a little bit more expensive here than other places but we always are getting coupons that make it worth it. Jo Jo’s are also the best I’ve had.

New ownership has taken this restaurant to the next level! Freshened up the dining area, nice and bright, inviting. Appears they are making some positive upgrades to better serve their customers. Have had warm welcomes from staff each time Ive ordered. Everyone should give them a shot, they are doing great things!

Great local pizza place! My family orders her very often. We like our pizza a little crispy, so be sure to order it well done! Delivery times are always faster the they estimate!

Highly Recommend doing business with Gioninos in oakwood square. They provided a large order of chicken and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Plus I am a weekly customer. Thanks Guys

These guys used to be really great. Now they have horrible phone manners and if you call for a delivery an hour before closing they won’t do it. Where did the service go?

Always so delicious! My favorite pizza. It is a little greasy, so if you have a sensitive stomach, you might want to take caution.but I love it!

This is my first review of this Gioninos, but we have been getting pizza here for years. It’s been a few months since we have gotten their pizza and I was surprisingly disappointed. One pizza was white sauce with bacon and it was great, as expected. The second pizza was red sauce without cheese on half bc my wife can do dairy. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza and it didn’t have much taste. Very disappointing. Not our normal experience. I will give more stars if we eat here again and have a better experience. Maybe this was just a bad night bc in the last it has been better.

The food we got from here for my kids birthday was excellent! Then the staff was so helpful getting the big order in and when I got there helping me with everything. A+ establishment!

I love this pizza and honestly this location might be my favorite. The restaurant was clean and bright, with places to sit. The employees genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The young man that cashed me out was lovely and the pizza was fresh and delicious.

I bought a Hawaiian pizza and I thought maybe it tasted different because I am pregnant. Two other people attempted to eat it and said it was disgusting! The cheesy bread was under cooked as well. This isn’t the first time I’ve eaten there so I figured why not. For a large pizza and large breadstick I paid $50 for something we couldn’t even eat! When I called they said they would make a new one. If the first one didn’t taste right the second one wouldn’t either. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Grandma treated the grandkids last night to your pizza and chicken. Their eyes lit up when they saw the pizza. It looked and tasted great. They thought the chicken was really really good. Dinner was a hit. And they even got to take the pizza home! So Grandma was a hit too. Thanks. You never miss!

If you don’t already know, Gionino’s is one of the best pizza chains in town. Except they’re also independently owned, so maybe that makes them local? I don’t know.

I get it, everyone loves their local place and I’m not trying to start a pizza war. But, seriously, every time I order from here I consistently get a pizza with the right amount of cheese and sauce cooked perfectly every time. Unlike the national chains that start with PJ, D, PH, LC, you can tell that they use quality ingredients. Maybe it’s just me, but I love their sauce. Plus, this location is family owned and when you buy from here you’re still supporting your neighbors unlike those other chains who cut every corner to make as much money off a cheap product as possible and then take their profits and make their shareholders rich.

Everyone here is super friendly and even though they don’t deliver to my house (I’m just over the edge of their delivery area), I choose this location over one that’s closer (they did offer to deliver to me anyway).

For a pre ordered pizza, I reached after half an hour of placing the oreer. And still they made me wait 20 minutes? Why?

Always consistently good. Try to get something from this store once a week if I can. Pizza is great, chicken is also amazing. Definitely recommend.
