Placed an order this evening and all I have to say is whoever took my order needs to slow down when confirming an order. Literally felt like I was on the phone with Speedy Gonzalez, seemed like he got an attitude when I asked him to repeat himself because he slammed the phone down without a goodbye or have a nice day. Customer service needs some work. Chicken an jojos looks like it was fried in old grease. This is my last order from here

Absolutely the worst place to eat unless you don't mind getting sick from the rotten chicken and they also deliver cold pizza and they have a no refund policy so they just steal your money.you call and the assailed manager can't even talk to you only speak with a worker

Ordered food, thought i heard them wrong on price, looked at receipt when i got there, 15.95 for 12 bonless wings, just said prices were raised, thats insane

We regularly order about once a week and I think we're done. Our order is never correct, they never actually put "all white" in the box and I'm tired of paying the "all white" price for it. I ordered 12 dozen plain wings, I get 1 SINGLE chicken dinner wing. I ask the gentleman that delivered it what that was, and was told "oh, you can order one single wing, that's why we called to make sure the order was correct" when they did in fact call back, and they had asked 1 order WINGS! I looked on the website, you can order a 2 piece snack. No where does it say 1 single wing!
Pepperoni, sausage, onion and Banana pepper pizza. Got a total of 3 pieces of banana pepper on the whole thing.
I have spent hundreds of dollars at this point and gave it way more chances than it truly deserved because I've always liked the taste of Gininos pizza better and just dealt with the mess ups but I finally got sick of it and decided to call in to talk to someone. They answer the phone, let the manager know I need to speak to them, and I could clearly hear the manager walk up and say "they can just stay on hold, I'm not answering. " Then was placed on hold unprompted.
I'll just find somewhere else.

Not good today! Worse pizza and chicken ever. Complete waste of money. Baby chicken legs. The pizza barely had sauce and toppings. We tried adding more sauce and toppings and it was no use. In the garbage it went!

Food always great. The service was bad today. Lady taking order was nice however the man that gave me my order was very rude. He never said hi.slapped my food on the counter and when I asked for a bag for my Cole slaw he just put it on the counter and walked away. Have never had a problem till today.

I worked here for a few weeks. Started at $13, when I quit they cut my pay to $9.45.
How is it possible to make less $, because you found a better place to work. Funny how that happens. The food isn't that good & the employees are all Stoner and drunks.

Sorry picked up 2 pizzas tonight they were terrible SO greasy I was terribly embarrassed to be the one to give it to my family. I hope it's not always that way

The best Pizza in town. I have reviewed before & shared pics. Our very first pizza here had the cheese on top. Fabulous. Then they started putting the cheese under the toppings. Not as great. We now request extra cheese & on top of the toppings. Once again Fabulous. Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Both with extra cheese on top of the toppings. One with Pepperoni, sausage & banana peppers & One with Pepperoni, sausage, onions & bell peppers. Both are Fabulous with great flavor. The sauce is great. Thanks Gionino's.

I have been ordering food for years. It's good food however there is a person who answers the phone now at night who is completely RUDE! I rarely order anymore because of him and everytime I do I seem to always get him and it's always the same thing. Huffing and puffing repeating "is that it"? Just very rude nasty tone in his voice. I won't be ordering anymore. Believe me he makes you never want to speak to him again so I will make sure I don't!

I'm really disappointed. I've ordered pizza from here to many times too count. I've always picked up my pizza. Tonight I decided to have my pizza delivered. The ingredients are top quality, but the peppers and onions were raw. I called to address the situation, and was delivered a second pizza, and it is also undercooked. I am now putting a pizza I paid $33 + change into the oven praying it doesn't become inedible. Long story short: always do pickup never delivery

I order here ALOT, been ordering here for years actually and the pizza is great but here lately the employees have made eating from there a very unpleasant experience. I’m saying this because there is one certain employee who answers the phone and his name is LOGAN I’ll tell you what happened tonight that I felt like was rude! I ordered quite a few things like pizza wings JoJos a couple different sides of sauces and before I could say the next item I wanted or explain how I wanted my pizza he was really into running and say “is that it” real smart like.and I was ordering for my kids and a few friends for helping do some work so right at the end I asked if they could send some paper plates and he then grunted under his breath and then said “ like is that it or is there more” and my reply was “is there an issue or some type of problem” didn’t get nothing other than I smug no from him. Not the first or second time I have gotten this type immature disrespect from him.gioninos I know it’s hard to come by workers but I 100% feel as if you should let him go…and if Logan is the younger kid with Curley hair he also has delivered my pizza and not even took the time to put it in a pizza bag so then I would have to call and complain about a cold pizza and chicken.
