Gionino's Pizzeria, Rootstown OH

Lately they have been messing up orders. For one delivery they had the wrong ingredients on my pizza, another visit my 2 liter was missing, and for today's visit I got someone else's pizza and my 2-liter was missing and so I called and they replaced the items but the pizza had an ingredient on it that I specifically requested to not come on the pizza. I'm going to have to take a break from ordering and hope that thing go back to how they were.

So order food from here 1-2 times a week tonight this branch told us for our order 45 minutes to an hour no big deal always that long
No food no call for an hour and 30 min so I called checking on the order they said they were closing at this time but my order was being bagged to deliver and will be there soon
(I live 3 miles frome there)
So another 40 minutes goes by I call back and the kid answers and said “ the driver is doing her dishes because she has closing things to do”. I said I want to speak to manager and they put me on hold for 10 min I hang up and call back the kid answered and said they are closed and I asked of my food he said it should be there I asked to speak to management again this kid said “ he has end of shift things to do and I could hold till he was done “. Food came after 2 hours and 15 minutes and I told her it could b left here for free or have her boss call me. She then got an attitude and never had her boss call never heard back I’m sure my food would have been great being it was over 2 hours old

There is no way I am paying for a salad that fits in a sub container and add extra pizza topping line black olives and green peppers.just so you know it’s like 3 block olives and maybe 4 pieces of green pepper and add 2 dollars per topping salad total price 11 dollars each … these salads are 3 bites and your done … ordered a large pizza charged for large And given a medium picking up pizza gave a discount because they new it was a medium…. But said it was because of the wait … after calling the manager he said I don’t make the prices…. Well who does Watch the income scams. No discount no refund just out right said too bad. I don’t know about you but I am not letting this one go.

The food is always amazing. You can tell the employees really care about the product they serve.

Always very late on deliveries! This store always takes over an hour on delivery times and 60% of the time taking an hour and a half to get pizza delivered

Only ordered a antipasto salad and garlic bread. Still waiting for our salad dressing garlic bread cold. Place has really gone down hill.

I always ask to leave my food at the porch and call me to let me know it was delivered, dont knock, because I have a toddler and two loud dogs. I live 8 minutes down the road and delivery is ALWAYS an hour. The last two times have been a mess. My daughter/my lunch was over an hour late. Tonight I ordered at 7: 45ish. I checked my porch at 9: 40ish. Nothing. Check again at a little after 10 and all I have on my porch is a 2L. My garlic bread is nowhere to be seen and my pizza is strewn down my porch stairs. Beyond irritated and angry. No knock. No call. If you werent the only pizza place to deliver to me, I wouldn't order.

Long time customer usually dropping 100 or so there just picked up my order liket 20 min ago all wrong can't get the order right will not go there anymore sad to feel like I got ripped off which I did thanks for nothing

Prices are to high on the chicken and wings are small along with the legs won't be back

The boneless wings were not real chicken, and the pizza, had better, jo Jo's were good but the prices are way way to much for what you get.

Can't give a 0 an hour and a half wait and still don't have my food. Never changes, everytime this happens.
At least the food was all the same temperature. Even the salad

Always love Gionino's. Staff if nice. Only thing I would change is when they close at 10pm and you call at 8: 45, they have no delivery. Not a deal breaker but a huge pain in the butt when you don't want to go out.

Absolutely awful every time. They call franchise and complain that Lake Milton Gioninos (which is way better) can’t deliver right to jones rd… but yet if anyone in this neighborhood calls for THEIR delivery from Edinburg location they tell you an hour and a half. Just tried again for the last time! Our order completely wrong and missing two toppings and everything was cold. They DONT care

There's is only one thing anyone needs to know and that it's gioninos, amazing pizza!
