Pizza Restaurant Giordano's reviews
24They have the absolute best sauce and pepperonis I have ever tasted. The veggies are always fresh. The food is amazing! Outstanding wait staff too. Can't wait to come back and try other things.
I once loved their pizza (thin crust). Wasn't so great when ordered. Was slacking on the toppings.and they forgot to give me my whole order.
The pizza was Good, but not as good as when I had it in Chicago. The service was just ok. I didn't get the vibe I was looking for. To be honest restaurant is self Was lacking. I expected This place to have more of a family restaurant feel, Instead I felt like I was walking into any other Pizza Hut, Domino's, Wendy's, This place should be decked out with Chicago memorabilia and history, Not blank walls that says eat pizza. I'm sure my Chicago friends would be highly disappointed If I brought them to this establishment. Playing pop music is also a no. I feel like all these restaurants are the same inside, very much improvements needed for me to be a return customer.
Food was great as well as the service, a hickup with being sat at a table that wasn't allowed to have a high chair so we had to hold my 11 month old the whole meal but overall excellent and will be back!
Great food, DeMarcus waiter/hostess did his best to make our first visit to Giordanos something memorable. I will definitely come back.
Holy cow! This place was unbelievably good! Never had a pizza like that before, a must try! And the frozen take and bake versions are a great thing for out of towners to take back home
Great food as usual. Great service. I went during weekdays and wasn’t busy. Second time I went there in Saturday night and they told us to wait 2-3 hours.
I took my two kids, 5 & 7. The pizza was good but, I wasn’t really able to enjoy it because it took extremely long for my deep dish to come out and my kids had long since ate their meals and started to become restless. I would not recommend bringing your kids if you plan to eat a deep dish pizza (the only reason for choosing this pizza place). It was also ungodly expensive. I should be able to take my kids out to eat for pizza for under $50. The small deep dish was legitimately $20.75. I didn’t check the price before ordering but, one would expect you could get a small pizza for way less.
Drove from Mansfield (1 hour) just to get this pizza and take it home. Worth the drive! I travel often, and this is the ONLY Chicago style pizza worthy of eating outside of chicago. If you're used to eating 3-4 slices of "normal" pizza, then good luck! The slices are thick, loaded, and packed with flavor. Love it!
Pricey Chicago style deep dish, good alternative to other Pizza in the area. I would recommend calling ahead and placing a to go order, place is usually packed.
Loved the pizzza it was so filling and the service was amazing. Our server had our drinks to us fast and the refills just ad fast. She ask us if we wanted the kids food out first it was amazing THANK YOU CHRISTINA for amasing sevice.
My personal deep dish was excellent. The dressing on my salad was stellar. Blake was my waiter and he did an excellent job. I live an hour away and would easily come here again. Great food
It takes a long time to make the deep dish so I ordered one for pickup at a specific time. Came out 1 minute early. A 25 minute drive home and it was still a very good pie. Not as good as in the shop, but still good.
Very bland, pizza is why it gets 2 stars, the appetizers were trash McDonalds fries with garlic basically, mozzarella triangles edible, garlic cheese bread very nasty. If you want pizza walk across the road and have mellow mushroom the best pizza anywhere. Also no table space.
First time there and will definitely go again. We got a pepperoni and cheese deep dish pizza that was awesome. Everything was like we wanted. Crust was tasty and tons of cheese.
Awesome deep dish pizza, same great taste as it's Chicagoan counterparts. Plan to order at least an hour early for a great pizza experience. Need half an hour for making it and 20 minutes to settle for consumption. My favorite pizza place in Columbus.
This is some pretty decent pizza. All ingredients are sourced within a day or two of being used. When pulling up a slice of pizza, the cheese can string six feet.
We got two pizzas just to try something different and get what we came here for. The hot chicken pizza was different and really damn good. Then their standard real deep dish was great. Just understand the deep dish takes a while to cook so have a cold beer and relax, it's worth the wait.
Delicious pizza! But be prepared to wait. Pizza cook time is 45-60 minutes.but it's worth the wait! Also great appetizers that dont take as long to prepare.
Excellent service here! If you can't make it all the way to Chicago, this is definitely the spot to get the famous deep dish! Worth the wait/dollar! I plan to visit again the next time I'm in the Columbus area!
