Giovanni's Pizza, Jackson OH

Delicious wings. Pizza is good.

Food is always great and the people are friendly. Just about everything I have had from here has been good. My favorites are the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, the Baked Spaghetti with meatballs, and the cheese bread with red sauce.

They have great food but I hate when they take the phone off the hook or just stop answering during normal business hours because they are busy.

So I ordered one of my favorite pizzas from here tonight and when I got home I went to get me a couple slices and well there was a marker laying in the box on top of it.

Called 11 times but still couldn’t get anyone to answer at 5 pm on a Thursday evening. The worst service I’ve seen ever. In the past it take a minimum of an hour to deliver 2 blocks

Perfect amount of sauce, cheese, crust and toppings. It's hard to beat this pizza. Ham and Bacon

They were so busy. But food was on point. Josh checked twice with 10 cars behind us he kept his cool and as a manager in retail accuracy is so important ps. Ive never had a bad experience at our local Giovannis. Happy Holidays guys.

$17 for two sandwiches! 2 Italian sub sandwiches. First one. No tomato. No mayo. With banana peppers and Italian dressing. Second sandwich. No tomato with extra cheese mayo and Italian dressing both an extra extra onion. Asked for them to be well done. Order was in at 102 p.m. Said it would take 20 to 30 minutes. So I thought 1: 30 should do it. Nope! Had to go through the drive window three times.they would not speak so that you could hear them out the window. When I began giving my order the first time. He let me get done with half of my order before he said. I have to have a last name so I can put it in the computer first. So starting all over again. I asked repeatedly to make sure that the sandwiches were well done. Finally got the sandwiches left and found a shade tree to park under and eat. No napkins. Not one! But I usually try to keep paper towels with me just in case or I should say for when this happens. Usually Giovanni's. They just act weird at Giovanni's! It doesn't matter if it's the one in Wellston or the one in Jackson! The sad thing is the sandwiches are really good. And they are worth eating. But it's like buying a new car and saying what color that you want and you get a good car but they give you what color they want you to have! Anyway! If you're reading this and you want my opinion. Whether or not to eat here I say no! I am getting ready to call them and see what they have to say about my sandwiches and this issue now. I do not have any hope whatsoever. But if I'm wrong I will update this. Otherwise Giovanni's is out for me from now on. I hope this helps you.

I worked there. And after quitting i dont give them money. Horrible rude people. Went to eat there and the fork i picked up wasnt clean

I love the chili I put on my pasta with cheese and make it pasta 3 way or on spaghetti and make it 3 way. It's clean and quiet always been my favorite place

Great place for the family. Buffet food was good but was a little slow replacing food on the buffet and had small pizzas on the buffet. If you leave there hungry after getting the buffet then it's your own fault.

The building could use some improvements but still a great place for the family.

Would definitely recommend it to others and will definitely be going back.

Should have nutrition information especially sodium content. Got my meal wrong. They r supposed to replace it. Let's see how that works out.

Sat in this place for over 30 mins waiting on an italian sub my boyfriend got the buffett and had already had 3 plates and my sub never did come. Then i ask and they said they was working on it then.which meant another 15 mins.no i dont thinks so i got my money back and had no lunch. Wouldn't recommend this place

The place to go when in Jackson, Oh - good assortment of pizza, breadsticks, fruit pizzas, salad bar and more. Bar stays stocked, highly recommend

Always great. Probably the best Giovanni’s within 30 miles of Jackson. Order is always hot, right, and on time. Buffet at this location is always a great weeknight diversion from the regular dinner routine. There’s been some tinkering with the menu lately, especially with the subs and “sub sauce”. Make sure you’re clear on what you’re ordering if you haven’t ordered in a while.
