Giovanni's Pizza, North Olmsted OH

We have ordered from them many times and everything is amazing every time! The service is great and you can tell they care. Hands down best pizza best everything else you can get delivered. You get what you pay for here!

I ordered my pizza today at 2: 10pm
they told me 15-20 min
I get there at 2: 35
I waited till 3: 25pm to get my pizza the workers had no idea what they were doing
the one guy was in back chilling outside on phone
the 2 ladies ignored me when I walked in
they weren’t busy at all…
terrrible customer service
highly do not recommend
I ordered a large and was given a medium and they said my bad and said we’ll discount it 5$
didn’t offer to make new one or nothing

Ordered hot wings for the big game. The associate at the counter was friendly and conversational. The order was ready fast. The wings tasted OK and were good sized. However, they were not spicy hot enough. The dealbreaker is that bleu cheese was not included! Gotta have bleu cheese! Add celery and carrots and that would have been huge!

I finally found this place in a little strip mall on Lorain Road.
Super nice and friendly customer service-on the phone and in person! I ordered the "classic" calzone for my son, and he loved every bite! Grilled Chicken, Red Onion, Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper with Provolone Blend and Ricotta Cheese with two sides of Red Pizza Sauce. Since Giovanni's advertises in ValPak, I got a discount too. I'll definitely order again from this simple yet delightful pizzeria.

Just moved to the area and like to support smaller chains. Really liked it this is our favorite so far

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE for delivery drivers. We keep them in business and push their food out the door for chump change, and literally EVERY order is 15-30min late past the pick up time. It’s been this way for years, yet the owner still hasn’t called DoorDash or Uber to get their orders sent to the drivers later than they are. I have lost unspeakable amounts of $ to this place.

Unfortunately had a less than positive experience. Got home with my pizza and they got the order wrong. I was willing to look past that because they were busy, but we paid (a lot extra) for toppings that weren’t on the pizza. The pizza itself is average at best and massively overpriced. If the pizza cost half of what it does now, it would be perfect.

First time getting their pizza and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Veggies on the pizza seemed really fresh. Crust was perfectly crunchy. Salad was crisp and pretty big. Staff was very nice. Will definitely order again.

The staff at Giovanni's really went above and beyond to make it up when a mistake was made on our order. Superior customer service!

Giovanni's Pizza has great tasting food and wonderful, helpful and very kind staff! I didn't realize they closed at 9 on Tuesday and stopped at about 5 minutes till 9. I saw the sign as an employee was sweeping the front and started putting the stools up so I turned around to head back to my car and the employee stuck his head out the door and welcomed me in. Another friendly employee took my order and told me it would be done in about 15 minutes and he would bring it out. He not only brought it out but also offered plates, cups because I bought a two liter, and silverware. I didn't need those items because I was heading home but it was still very nice to be offered them. We will definitely be back more often!

Best pizza I've had in a while! Will definitely be ordering again. Locally owned, beautiful and tasty pies. Owners are friendly and cool people too. Thanks a lot guys!)

Giovannis took my order for delivery to hotel, to silverware to eat our food, orders wrong. 8.99 lettuce salad? Oops.ignorant trying to act it was my fault salad had no cucumber on it. Said they were sending driver with refund. He was a no show. Don’t eat here. Pizza not bad. Luckily that was to finger food. What happened to customer service and guest experience?

My new favorite pizza place in North Olmsted! Great customer service and very friendly. Love the Mexican pizza and the thin crust.

Tried it for the first time today. I have a new favorite pizza place in North Olmsted. The White Gourmet was excellent. The crust and toppings were all high end. Might cost more than other places, but it is worth it.

Far and away the best Giovanni's. They know how to make a good pie. Customer service is always good amd have ran into their drivers at my past job amd they were always good people.

After hearing all the amazing reviews I picked up a cheese pizza (boring choice by me I know) but probably one of the best pizzas I have tasted in awhile! The sauce is like something I haven’t had before but so good! I will definitely be back and order again and try some of the other things on the menu. I ordered it for pick up and the staff was super friendly as well.

Just wanted to Shout out to Giovanni's pizza, we ordered yesterday and yes the pizza was a little past stated delivery time, and yes not piping hot, but with weather conditions as they were we did not complain. Today out of no where they called to apologize and are refunding our money because they wanted to ensure we were satisfied, and know they have better expectations! That is Great customer service, we already order from them and definitely still will! Thank you Giovanni's.

My boyfriend and I were searching for good pizza and have tried Giovanni’s 3 times now. Each time the pizza and calzones are incredible. Fresh dough, fresh ingredients. Even the spinach and mushrooms were good, which are usually canned or soggy at other pizza places and something I’d avoid. This is the only pizza that we will eat now because it tastes amazing and isn’t greasy. Totally worth any wait for delivery. Very happy customers!
