Giuseppe's Ritrovo, Columbus OH

Smoked chicken ravioli was delicious. Cappuccino is the same when I have it in Rome. Great customer service.

Delicious food. Medium to small portions. Kid friendly, but need more than just pasta options on the kid's menu. Should offer non alcoholic wine. It is readily available today.

This place is GREAT! Awesome food, awesome drinks, awesome service. We don’t have reservations so we sit at the bar. Bartenders enjoy talking bourbon and giving tastes. This place is becoming a regular place for us.

We love having Giuseppe's in our neighborhood. The food and service is always good. It's always busy but worth the wait for table and food. They have some of the best cocktails and the specials are always amazing!

We have wanted to try this place a long time and it does not disappoint! Our waiter was super kind and confidently helped us order with recommendations as needed. Loved the lighting indoors and the outside eating area looked very cozy! (Can't say what their pet policy might be.)

The food was stellar from start to finish. The chicken potato carrot soup was simple and refreshing like homemade from Baba. (I'm Macedonian not Italian lol.) Appetizer of fresh mozzarella and tomatoes covered in balsamic was fresh and a good portion for two. Gluten sensitive options that aren't a joke like some other places! She had the gluten free penne with Alfredo. I had the halibut with red sauce and kalamata olives. It was to die for. And a huge portion! We had the pistachio ricotta cake and the chocolate mousse for desert with espresso which was a lovely end to a perfect date night.

The location is very cool. Service was okay, not the greatest and the food was par. The red sauce tasted a little burnt.

I love this place and the quality of its food is very high! I love the place and the atmosphere.
Giuseppe is incredible and talking with him is always so fun.
For sure, it is my to-go spot when I want Italian food.

Update 9/2022: NO Happy Hour anymore.

It may not be the cheapest place for Happy Hour in town, but it certainly is one of the best! Knowledgeable and friendly bartenders pour a range of drinks from standards to inspired originals, all drawn from a wall that includes what might be the widest selection of bottles in the city. If it is available in Ohio, they probably have it. Live jazz on Mondays!

Giuseppes is the most underrated restaurant in Columbus. Very well priced for how tasty everything is on the menu. Cool atmosphere.

People is Bexley argue over best pizza (Rubinos vs Bexley Pizza Plus) and I think everyone is out of their mind for not just ordering a pizza from Giuseppes.

MUST GET: meatball app, any pizza, any pasta.

Love this family-owned restaurant in Bexley. The food is amazing and the service is familiar and comfortable. It’s nice to go out to such a nice place and still feel comfortable and at ease.

We’ve had Josh as our server multiple times and he always has great recommendations and awesome service. The food is fresh, delicious, and authentic- and the wine selection is top notch. This is our favorite spot for date night. We also love that it isn’t overpriced and that we are supporting local. Definitely a must on your Columbus spots to check out!

I luv the atmosphere, the service was excellent. I was very impressed. This was my first time here and I loved it. I will definitely make a date night for me and my husband soon.

Absolutely delicious Italian spot. Make reservations on advance as it does get crowded. Live music on some occasions can be found there.

Management was EXTREMELY condescending to other staff…very openly and in front of costumers. Food was subpar. Pasta sauce tasted like something out of a can and item descriptions in menu did not match the food given. Waste of time and money…and we did not feel welcome at all from the time we walked in. Will definitely not return!

It's been since before Covid when we first and last ate at Giuseppe's. We serendipitously met a dear friend there that night, and she has since passed on after battling cancer. So we toasted to Nina tonight, the first full opening night of the patio, and had the best grilled octopus we've ever had in Columbus. Generally speaking, Columbus can't seem to get octopus right, but finally, Giuseppe did! We will be back for that again! And the shrimp Diavolo with bites of capers and olives.pasta perfectly al dente. The asparagus ravioli was nicely balanced in a light cream sauce with pine nuts. After dinner: tiramisu, cannoli, and a better-than-decent cup of espresso. They didn't hesitate to accommodate us with no reservations on a busy Friday night. This second visit was the charm. So happy it's now nearly our neighborhood Italian kitchen.

The food and cocktails were both delicious and our service was great. I also avoid gluten for medical reasons, and I was absolutely thrilled at the amount of gluten free options here! Would recommend.
