Great experience and didn't make us wait for something like a busted window. That's a safety issue and they took care of it quickly.

THE GLASS DOCTOR DID A GREAT JOB AND THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN SAFELITE THEY REPLACED MY WINDOW WITH THE SAME GLASS AND TINT LIKE IT WAS DONE BYE THE CAR DEALERSHIP IN A LITTLE OVER A HOUR GREAT TIME

After the glass was installed I had to ask the installer if he was going to clean out the left over debris, which included broken glass, in the window sill. He was not going to make an effort, until I told him that I had used the company previously and the previous installer cleaned up the debris from his job. For the amount that I paid for this service, I would expect a more professional and customer friendly experience. Very disappointed.

My rear, driver side window was vandalized to break into my car. I called around for a quote and to find the soonest appointment and Glass doctor had the most reasonable price as well as next day appointments. The customer service was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. They fixed my window as well as vacuumed out my car. The work was amazing! When you walk up you will likely find the door locked. There is no sign indicating what to do, but it's worth waiting. They will let you in, and once they let you inside, they will take very good care of you. It's not as unfriendly as it may seem! They really did an excellent job for me.

I had a crack in my windshield, and after dealing with Safelite for over a month, I was tired of their incompetence and called Glass Dr. What a refreshing change. They were able to locate a replacement and called the next day to schedule my appointment. I had my windshield replaced 3 days after the initial contact. I arrived on time and was in and out in 90 mins. The service person was professional and I was able to wait in a clean quiet area. They did a great job and I'm very satisfied with the work. My insurance includes them also so there was no out of pocket expenses.

I had a rock hit my windshield and cause a chip. They were kind and accommodating and did a great job!

Delivery was not made when promised. Being an out of town contractor, we had to absorb the cost to remobilize a man to do the install. Glass Dr.offered a 10 % discount because of their mistake which wasn't close to covering our cost.

The staff was very helpful. They cut the glass that I needed in a matter of minutes while I waited. When I got it home it fit perfectly. Good experience!

Instead of needed to replace all my windows when three were diggings after rains, I only to get 3 glass fixed. They look wonderful and I can keep all my wood frames! Very pleased!

This company provides superior customer service. From the time I was giving a quotes through to installation, everyone was super nice and very professional. The work was done beautifully on my living room window. I would highly recommend this company.

Very competitive pricing and quick turnaround. The only negative is their location in Reynoldsburg is off the main road and unless you are using navigation you would drive right past them.

I used them to replace two windows in my suv after a break in. They arrived on time and cost was about $650, however six months later I found my drivers door trim was very loose and almost falling off the door. I looked closer and found that when they removed the door panel to replace the window they (understandably) broke off most of the plastic clips that hold the panels in place, BUT, they never bothered to replace them with new clips as a GOOD service provider would do. Instead the installer just reused most of the broken clips which worked temporarily but eventually caused the door trim to fail, come off, and make it difficult to open the door. I had to buy new clips and replace them all myself. A huge hassle and I regret using window doctor. I would never consider using them again for anything. I hadn’t bothered to give a review until I saw they emailed me some marketing spam today. Thanks for reminding me what a terrible job you did window doctor.

Had double pane glass replaced in a couple of windows. A little expensive, but very professional and efficient and seems to be a good product. Would recommend and use again.
