16 Never been to a more unorganized place. Says it closes at 7 when you can't order anything after 6 and the staff is very rude. They have good products, but ran by people that don't care about people. Went here 4 times and only once was the service decent. If you have to drive a little firther to somewhere else it's so worth it. Botanist is good, very nice staff, don't have to order online, and you can come in any time they're open to make a purchase (all places I've dealt with are good besides g-leaf)
P.s. Most the good reviews are before they switched ownership
Does anyone work here? I've been on hold for over a half hour and have called many times. I tried using the website and no-luck. I try to switch to curbside pickup and it simply gives me a blank screen I cannot get around.
You should not be able to order at check out. This is ridiculous. You should order at the window and be made to go outside. I could be in and out in less than 10 minutes if you wouldn't let people order at checkout.
Incompetent staff or Lazy management. For example, if you have a scheduled appointment at 5: 00 p.m. You show up at 4: 30 you stand in the line for 45 minutes then go inside for another 30 minutes to wait room. All this for one item.
Very bad customer service. They never answer the phone. Went twice to order in person only to be sent home and no more orders at 4: 30? Bad communication to patients. Not going back.
I won’t be back. I have been going here for 3 years and this place is going downhill extremely fast.

Rarely do I wait outside and once checked in - inwaiting room, is typically about 10 minutes!
Staff are very helpful with a wide range of selections and numerous daily/weekend discounts on products/brands, which when stacked with Veterans discount equals Amazing Prices!
The only downside for some may be not being able to shop & ask questions/get informed about products & effects of each, as this would help so many understand what is needed for what You seek!

Gleaf was a pretty good dispensary but that seems to have changed since they were bought by Columbia. Generally most of the people working there are helpful and nice, however they sometimes seem understaffed. The online shopping often does not show all of the products available and Don't Even Try to call and ask a question as you will wait on hold a minimum of half an hour, or they simply don't answer, period. Apperently, due to some arcane laws (?) they can't correspond over Facebook or email so reaching them without physically going to the store is virtually impossible. When it's busy, you will not be able to purchase and pickup same day even trying to order as early as 1pm and the sales are not rain checked or honored on the following day of business even if this is due to the fact they couldn't process your order when you wanted it. In fact, if they are busy, you will simply not be able to order and the site will allow you to go through shopping and wait until checkout to tell you that pickup times are not availabe. Theyused to regularly have decent sales but those have suffered under the new ownership as well, and whereas several dispensaries give a 25% to 30% discount to veterans, this store only gives 20%. Like quite a few other reviews suggest. I think it's time to try some other dispensaries. If it's this disorganized now, just imagine how it will be when recreational sales start!
Great atmosphere for education from employees who know what they are talking about. They appear to have high quality and consistency standards, and are friendly, take ownership and appear to delight in educating the patients. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Very poorly run Management of these employees is absolutely abysmal well over an hour waiting on the phone That's totally unacceptable what business survives when they treat their customers like garbage

It's a two today because they aren't answering and we can't order on their site. HELP
They do not know how to handle things. I’ve never had such long wait times and mismanaged customer lines at any other dispensary. They let people hold up the line despite a sign saying you have to order ahead of time, while making the people who actually ordered ahead wait outside. If the next closest dispensary wasn’t 45 minutes away I would never come here.
Had a black Friday sale, didn't update customers on website or in any capacity that they were not accepting anymore orders. People were waiting to not be able to receive their products and medications. Awful customer service for not letting customers know they weren't accepting anymore orders.
Set an appointment for 1230 online. Order will be ready at 430. Tried calling waited for an hour to cancel appointment no one answered. Store is ran poorly. Stop with the appointment making. You are losing business.
