Outstanding establishment and staff. They offer so much but just know you have to have a membership to tan here. There are no one-day sessions. But I love this place just wish we had them out west

The staff have a terrible sense of priority. It takes sooooo long to get in & tan. They’ll tell you a bed simply needs cleaned & then you can get in. Yet then they’ll continue to check new people in & carry on long conversations as if no one is on a time limit. They seem to only care about bragging about selling the products & services giving extensive pushy speeches. If you want to simply get in & tan, you’ll be displeased almost every time you come in. A new client will get a full tour of the place while you wait to even get scanned in to start your official wait. Surely, your first day there is the last you’ll feel like a wanted & respected customer. They’re busy walking everyone back unnecessarily to their rooms like we all can’t find our way by being given a number. Wasted time! I wrote this entire review while waiting on my bed being cleaned.

I love coming here after a stressful day! They have great products and services and I love all the ladies that work there. I was initially disappointed that they quit the point system, but after I put into account all of the offered services, I’m really saving money for all the great treatment and spa treatments.

I went in to get my first ever spray tan for an event the following day. Just a tan—that’s it. Be prepared for sales spiels and upselling. I was nervous about how it would turn out, having never done a spray tan before, but the girls were being pretty informative which eased me a bit.

Where it started to go south: before I knew it, I was in a room filling out a profile and it had me answering a bunch of questions, unrelated to a spray tan. Then I was taken on a tour of ALL their services—very scripted. Because all of the services were free this particular day (anniversary sale/event), the SALESPERSON, recommended I do red light therapy and steam hydration booth to “prep” for my spray tan. Fine, whatever. About 45 minutes after I walked through the door, I FINALLY got my spray tan. Here’s where it gets “good”. I was O-K about the experience up to that point—I get trying to upsell and everything, but it got VERY annoying. Before my first service, they had given me one of those “throw away” type tote bags to carry my stuff around—you know, the ones that are just a few fibers away from being a paper bag. I SPECIFICALLY asked if I’d be able to keep that bag, and the reason I asked was because I’d be putting my worn clothes into it (including socks and underwear). She said yes, it was mine to keep. When I came out of my spray tan and was getting ready to leave, I walked to the front and was approached by all 3 ladies and the manager asking if I’d seen a black jacket in one of the rooms (someone was missing their jacket). I looked through my tote bag to make sure I didn’t accidentally pick it up—I didn’t—but they looked me up and down. It was weird. And even weirder, was when I got into my car, one of the gals came out and asked me to return the TOTE BAG! I don’t care about the actual bag, but the other girl said it was mine to keep—I told that to the girl asking for it back and she said that was only if you sign up for a membership (fine, but I saw the much nicer bags behind their desk that seemed to be for those signing up for a membership, but again, whatever). I told the girl asking for it back that my WORN SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR have been in that bag—she said “that’s ok! ” GROSSSSSSSSS! I personally won’t go back, it was awkward and annoying.
