From the moment I walked in the door to the moment the guys finished installing my countertops, I was extremely well taken care of! They walked me through every step of the process, were extremely professional, and most importantly, the countertops looks great! Once I'm able, I'm returning to Global Natural Stones to do my flooring!

From Exciting to Disappointing.
We decided on a custom-built stone countertop for our kitchen and took our precise measurements to GNS. They provided a quote based on our measurements, we picked out a stone and paid the down payment.
They sent out their lead installer to check measurements against our initial submission, we received an email with the balance due to be paid before installation. We paid the balance and were told the installation would be in a week or two.
The timing for the installation was as stated, two installers came and installed. As soon as it was installed, we noticed the depth was not correct as we had shown on our measurements initially submitted and correct for the fit of our already installed farmhouse sink, the difference of ½”.
Communication with the installers was difficult, so we were given the phone to speak directly to the lead installer who did the measurements. When we advised the depth was incorrect based on what we had requested, he advised he told us it would be instead a depth to “industry standards”. There was no conversation with him during the initial measurement regarding the depth. We were not given any opportunity to review anything or sign anything for approval when he did his measurements. We also were never notified the depth had been changed from our custom requested size.
We called the Sales rep who we had worked with, advising him of our disappointment and frustration on the depth being incorrect, and of our conversation with the lead installer about the depth being to “industry standards” In our conversation with him, we advised him we brought measurements to him and asked for a custom counter top for a reason, we didn’t request a counter top to “industry standards”, he agreed as to the reason for our frustration. We sent pictures to him showing the depth, and he advised us he would get with his boss and get back to us.
When he called back after discussing with his boss, he advised sorry there is nothing they can do as the depth is to “industry standards”. Never did he offer any solutions or options to correct or make the situation better.
The stone is beautiful, and yes, we have a countertop, although it is and will always be disappointing as we see the fit compared to what it could have been. The depth is noticeably greater than it should be with a farmhouse sink.

Just be informed with this company as you pay for everything up front, which gives you no leverage. You may think you are getting a custom countertop, but if they make an error, they will have “industry standards” to fall back on.

It’s unfortunate, as we feel they missed the opportunity to have a truly satisfied customer.
We were originally going to also order a countertop for our kitchen island; however, we now will be taking our additional business elsewhere.

They were very professional and helpful with our bathroom countertops. There was a wide selection to choose from and prices were reasonable.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received: I called three days in a row Carl? Maybe Kevin not sure said he took my number down and would call me shortly, just wanted some flooring done, he said another person would call me wasn’t what his specialty was. Never got a call back, the last day I called and he again answered with a attitude saying they were over busy I responded saying well maybe put a add up telling people that your overworked and even consultation has a waiting list. I ended up going to Lowe’s where they helped me right away. Not really sure what’s going on with the place new owners / staff? Not sure but I’ve always heard so many good things about place.

In response to this childish reaponse. I was not rude, and no you do not know who I am because your employees maybe even you, did not give me the chance to be a customer. Kind sir, you are destroying yourself with your responses to your customer base if they have a problem, you bash every one of them if they have a problem. Future customers I hope you look diligently at the reviews, his “good customers” are the ones who say nothing. He could have replied yes we were busy I will coach my team better on letting people know when we are overwhelmed with work. I simply wrote my issue and instead of a trying to help correct it he bashed me. This kind of customer service is what will destroy your future customers. And further more I added Lowe because it’s sad that small businesses like your own are becoming so self entitled they run their customers off.

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. The pricing was very reasonable. The entire process only took 2 1/2 weeks from quote to installation. We would definitely recommend

We did our whole house with GNS and we’re very pleased with the results. Everyone that works here is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Prices seem fair. I would recommend them if you’re looking to add or replace countertops in your home.

We absolutely love our new countertops. The owner helped us in choosing the perfect match to our existing wall and trim and decorating style. The price was in line with other vendors. However, the customer service and installation processes were highly professional. They came out and measured for a perfect fit and price.

GNS installed beautiful quartz in our kitchen and laundry room, along with new sinks. From the moment we started looking to the completion of project, they were great. The stone selection was beautiful and affordable, and the installation was handled well. My husband and I can be quite picky, but they were always able to get everything done to our standard. We would use them again if we have another project.

We got our counters installed a few weeks ago and they are gorgeous! Everyone at Global Natural made the process so easy, and they even worked with us when we needed to change our measurements slightly. Great selection of granite slabs and quartz. Very simple procedure, from stone selection, measurement and install! Probably 2-3 weeks until completion. All the people they hire from measurement to install, plumbing services are exceptional.
