Cody and crew at Ram service were utterly fantastic. They helped us out of a real bind in a timely way. Their help on dealing with a contaminated fuel situation on our Ram 3500 diesel was way above the call of duty. I can’t think of a way they could have been better. 5 stars well deserved.

I purchased a vehicle from Ashley at Glockner back in October of 2022, and I had a great experience. I had found the vehicle advertised online, and it was the exact model and build that I was looking for. I live in NC, so I wasn't able to just pop over to the dealership to look at the vehicle. Ashley contacted me with pictures of the vehicle and helped me put a deposit down on the vehicle until I was able to get up there to purchase it.
We went first thing to get it, and all of the paperwork and everything was ready to go. Ashley checked in with me a few times after to make sure everything was still going well with the vehicle. She was very professional, kind, and helped me navigate the process from several states away. Absolutely recommend dealing with these folks, and thank you!
Don’t waste your time trying to buy a car from here. No one will call you back or give you the information to move forward with purchasing a car. I’ve been trying for a week to buy a car from here and keep getting the run around. It started with Andrea then Tracy and even the general manager DJ doesn’t have the time of day to call someone back for a purchase of a brand new car. That would let me or anyone know that this is how they do business here. Tacky. I was told I would get a phone call and never did. When I asked Andrea flat out if they were trying to sell the car or if I should just move on she said they were trying to sell the car and would call me back in about 5 mins after she talked to the GM about some information I asked. 15 mins later she then proceeded to text message me… how is that business? She didn’t follow up with any of the other questions I asked which summed up to how can we proceed forward with the sale of this car! Disappointed to say the very least. Would not recommend. Save your self the headache.
