I love exploring G. O.the place always surprises me with having exactly what I need or rare finds that I treasure. Some staff members are very welcoming and helpful, and others seem irritated with my very existence?

They help my family out so much with their shoes giveaways, school supplies, food and clothes. They always have super cute shoes and all 4 of my older kids always leave happy

The lady that works the door is so rude
Every time I go there she is very rude
I know lots of people who said the same thing
She needs to lighten up a lil
She made me feel like I was a bum n I surely didn’t feel a bit wanted there

Very sweet people who work at this place. Very helpful. I appreciate the basic genuineness in caring Spirit of all the staff and volunteers. A good example of what community service is all about.

The lady that works there is SOOOO RUDE! I would never recommend ANYONE to go there. The woman there is condescending and made me and my clients feel like we were a burden. This isn't the first time this has happened and I am BEYOND disappointed with the service we received!

A gem in the community this is the place where people and families find hope when they believe all is lost. Blessings to all who volunteer and the ones who donate to keep the hope alive for so many in need

I grew up in the church donated even my last dollar to the collection plate gave to chairties and never ask nothing in return always thought if I was hurting God would show me the way so fast forward 15 years I come back home to Ohio to help my father with cancer and my sis I call this place and am turned away told to go to the dreams center I'm a resident of Ashtabula I don't live in conneaut I can prove where I live I have an id was told to go to dream center n did got enough for maybe two meals there's four of us I literally have no clue where our next meal will come from today I walked into town in the freezing pouring rain and went to every church that came up on my phone as a place that help with food so we could make it atleast 4 days give me enough time to get a few more resumes in to places and get a steady pay check for the first time in my life I need help and am getting turned away from just about every church in this area kinda know how Jesus felt when he showed up as a begger and was turned away when he did all he could to help and donated and was mocked by his own ppl even this is why there's ppl losing hope in churches and turning to crime because they ask for help and get turned away I'll never refer any of the places that turned me away today I've never asked anything from any of these places all my life it's sad the one time I need help after attending and hearing sermons about treat thy neighbor how I want to be treated and if you give what you can to your church they will always be there to help walking in the pouring rain when its freezing to help your family is what anyone of us would do and if your mother or father had cancer you'd do it with a broken tibia like I did and no matter how many times you were turned away you'd keep trying as I did I've even donated to food pantry a how can anyone call themself a Christan or a place that will help those truely in need when they turn away someone who's truely in need of I was Jesus and I needed help aslong as I wasn't dressed as a begger I'm sure these places would help being laid off or out of work sucks but not as much as being a productive member of society who goes out and helps when he or she has the money to do only to be turned away when they need help I filled out for fs but transfers take time and I pray we make some way until then and I'll pray for your community help group to we were all created equal we all should be treated as such God bless
