The facilities are very well maintained. Pat was very helpful with the move in process. She was very kind and went above and beyond me. I would highly recommend Go store it dublin b/c of Pat. Thank you for all your help:)

I met with Miss Pat to rent a space. I have to say, I really ENJOYED the process! She took time to show me the 2 spaces I wanted to compare. She printed the contract because my computer was frozen so I could sign in the office. She answered ALL my questions and clearly discussed the terms and costs. I really enjoyed the process and am so glad I rented at Go Store.

Pat Currie is the property manager at the Dublin location and she has been wonderful to work with. She is responsive in her communications, always willing to help and maintains the property very well! Thanks Pat for all that you do!

On my second day after moving all my heavy household belongings, I received email from the president or manager from this place. He stated that pricing would be raised. I'm thinking, wow, they wait until you move in and sink their claws into you on the get go.
I emailed back stating my colorful thoughts and that it's a bad way to run a company.
The following day I spoke with on site personnel. She explained that rent wasn't going up and everything was fine.
My next month wasn't even up yet and I received a call from Mr. Email, He stated that he removed my personal lock, and the bin was full. I said yes, why did you remove my lock, I'm current on payments. He stated, that he was upset with my email, WHHHHAAAAAAAAAA.
He then said that he sent a letter telling me to remove my items because his feelings were hurt. I received no letter. I went there and he stated his letter was poorly written and his boss agreed with him. He then stated that his employee made accusations towards me about trashing the grounds but he had already fired her and had no video footage and apologized. I stated that he was committing slander against me and that he was a complete liar. At that point, he stated that he wanted to put everything behind us and that he's happy I'm staying.
So, the manager, is not creditable and you shouldn't leave your life's belongings in his hands.
This is 100% facts.

I highly recommend Go Store It! We had storage units and it was very very clean and nice! The manager, Pat was amazing and very efficient and accommodating!

Do NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY! I HAVE RENTED HERE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING WHEN IT WAS TRI VILLAGE STORAGE. SINCE THE NEW OWNERS RECENTLY TOOK OVER IN JANUARY AND NOW ONLY A DOOR CODE TO GET IN, IT IS OBVIOUSLY NOT SECURE! I WENT TO MY UNIT TODAY TO GET MY BEAUTIFUL WREATH I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR AND IT WAS GONE! THEY LEFT THE BAG IT WAS IN AND TOOK THE WREATH! I have been never had anything taken from this storage area since I’ve rented it for 3 years! Until this girl took over. She told me today the cameras o let go back 2 weeks, I do not believe her! I believe she took the wreath inside my until. Who else would it have been! Please DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES! THIS LOCATION IS GO STORE IT ON AVERY ROAD IN DUBLIN OHIO! ALSO ITS FILTHY WITH A BROKEN DOWN ELEVATOR AND VERY DIRTY BATHROOMS WITH TRASH OVERFLOWING! THEY MAY SEEM NICE AND HELPFUL BUT THEY ARE THIEVES. THE RENT KEEPS GOING UP AS THEY MAKE IT CHEAP TO MOVE YOU IN THEN THE RENT GOES UP $20-$30 MORE A MONTH. NOW THEY ARE ASKING US TO PAY AN EXTRA $100 FOR SOME KIND OF LIEN FEE DUE IN JUNE! PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE PEOPLE WHERE YOUR THINGS WILL BE SAFE AND SECURE AND THE PLACE CLEAN WITH CAMERAS THAT GO BACK MORE THAN 2 WEEKS! SHE LIED TO ME AND I HAVE REPORTED THIS PLACE

I rented a unit online, signed the documents online, and then was sent my unit number, code, and everything else I needed via email. My roommate and I were going to move everything over when I got home from work but it was so quick and easy that he got it all done before lunch! Great experience

Jeff the district manager went beyond his way to help me I drove 35 minutes from Delaware to Dublin and he still took care of me even thou I was 1 minute late great place to store your stuff easy to access your unit and great staff id recommend to anyone needing a unit.

Beautiful, clean, safe facilities with elevators, keyless locks, unit location services, moving carts/dollies, restrooms, and great access to your unit (6am - 10pm). Roger assisted our unit acquisition and was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He made the process quick and easy (an applause worthy achievement when you consider i am notoriously slow!). Definitely recommend to anyone looking for spacious, clean storage at a fair price with friendly, helpful staff!

Manager Lacks training in rental process, I was not told vital information which caused me to be locked in the stairwell for almost 20 mins, 0 costumer service from on site manager. Worst experience
