So today I'm at drive through it 1220pm.girl stood there playing with her blonde and purple hair that was down the whole time.then rubbed her rose tattoo.and then back to running her fingers through her hair.then packed my order in the bag.and handed it to me. 1 why is your hair down.you are working with food.and 2 why are you playing with it and then handling food without washing ur hands.thats gross.i deliver for door dash and keep my long hair pulled back at all times.no one wants hair in or on their order

They are so slow and they NEVER get my order right. This location needs to review the staff because it’s ridiculous

This location appears newly renovated and it's nice and clean.when i was a kid, all you could get was 3-ways and coneys, but the new menu includes hamburgers and double decker sandwiches. The chili burger is a bit messy, but it's a nice way to get both parts of the menu. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood.

Sitting here eating and all I notice is a bunch of the employees bullying one specific employee. Being horrible to a 15 year old kid just because they think they can. I’m almost in tears I feel so bad for him. This place is horrible and something needs to be done about these employees treating other employees poorly. I will not be coming back here and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to come here as well.

Burgers were better than I thought. But the Boy at the drive thru gave me no napkins or asked if I wanted ketchup

Was all happy to sit home and eat and watch a movie til I noticed they never gave me my 2 orders of Chilli Cheese Fries. Food was decent. The service was friendly, but I rather have bad service that put my Chilli Cheese Fries in the bag. I'm not looking for a free 2 orders. I'm not going back to get them. I lost 10 dollars. Not the end of the world. Hope my message improves Gold Star in Fairfield. Read many reviews they forget food. This is very true. Take Care

Ordered 2 cheese coneys and a three way for me and my kid, they forgot the coneys but said everything was in the bag. Went there again recently I got 2,3 ways and 2 cheese coney.they assured me everything was in my bag and forgot the coneys once again. I will go out of my way to avoid this poorly managed gold star chili, it’s a disgrace to the Fairfield area.

Fast service, food tasted great. The dining room is open again. I was pumped about that. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I had not tried gold star in a very long time prior to this visit. I got a coney and a small 3way to go. Once home the coney had gotten so much chili put on it that it was like mush, I didn't enjoy that part but the overall taste of the coney was awesome I prefer goldstars chili over skylines, I know all the sky line lovers will disagree but it's only a personal opinion. The 3 way was okay I thought that it was a tad spicy which I'm not a spicy person so maybe it was just me. I'll def go again to eat in so the coney is fresh next time.

I called and asked how late the dining room was open. They said 9PM. I arrived at 820 and they said it was closed.

I love their chili cheese conveys. They now serve a bacon double cheeseburger. It's outstanding. Very good customer service.
