Goodale Auto-Truck Parts Co reviews
17Excellent. Every aspect. Really really lucky to be towed to this shop. They came with a good referral. Zero complaints about this place.
My truck was shaking real bad and in steering wheel. I brought it to these guys. I had a carrier bearing to go out on my Driveshaft. They took care of me with no problem quick and a reasonable price. Excellent people I would definitely go back to them!
They where very helpfull and was the only place in town that i could find to rebuild my 49 ford f1 3 speed trans update drop off my trans 3 days ago got it back today very happy with the price and service would recommend to anyone looking to have trans work
Still working with them on a rebuild.very professional.trans I took to them was rebuilt by them 16 years. Pretty good life in s dump truck.
I'm not going to bash the employees but for transmission rebuilding or repair this place is not fast or price competitive. Everyone was generally friendly but in the heavy truck industry time and price point are competitive issues. I'll be going elsewhere in the future but hope to hear better reviews for this company.
Just nice people. Needed help to clamp hose. Not only clamped but refused to take pyment. Thank you
I had a situation with my truck, but fortunately I found this place, they were very helpful and they show me all of the possible solutions to fix my truck. They tried me very good and with honesty. I will recommend this shop to everybody.thank you very much. Jhon Galeano
They were very accommodating in getting our truck fixed.
Even replaced a seal under warranty at no cost.
This is a top notch company. Jason stood behind his shop's previous work even outside of the warranty period and provided excellent customer service to my brother-in-law and his failing Ford Explorer transmission. He offered and provided a ride home to my brother-in-law himself as his shop continued to work on the vehicle for them. I will not hesitate to refer any future business their way. Thanks again Jason!
It's been a year since we took our 2004 Toyota Corolla here for a broken transmission. We are still as happy now as we were when we originally dealt with Goodale. The work was superb and done in a timely manner, the updates were frequent, and the price was below the estimation. Based on this experience, we'd highly recommend them to anyone having transmission issues.
This place is superb for transmission work/parts. Extremely knowledgeable and happy top help, even with a shade-tree mechanic. The ONLY place in town, including the dealers, that had a torque converter I needed.
Save yourself some hassle, go to these guys FIRST.
Thank you guys!
Took our truck to get the transmission rebuilt. They told us that they were in business for a long time and aren't going anywhere (we were talking about warrenty.) To cut to the chase they finished the transmission and it would grind real bad when putting it into first gear.they did nothing to fix it and said the w arrenty didn't cover it. Had to take the truck to Freightliner and had them get the job done right. Do not use these thieves!
Only place I take my trucks for drive train repair. The most honest and fair shop around. They are great.
Goodale has been working on our fleet of trucks for years, they are extremely knowledgeable and professional. We continue to have great experiences and highly recommend Goodale.
Buyer Beware gives a low ball price then blows up the quote and lie's. I was told between $1600-$1800 to replace synchronizers in the same transmission they built only 19,000 miles ago. Sadly only 6th gear was having an issue holding and it started back around 10,000 miles but I didn't want my truck our of service. When I denied the $2400 dollar build because I could buy the same remanufactured unit for $1800 at LKQ Heavy Truck (with better 24 month warranty) Jason asked "if your going to buy a used transmission could he buy mine". Long story short after the conversation we tried to pick up our bad Goodale unit and was told it wasn't ready which is odd because they already had it for two weeks? When we finally got the unit back it was magically torn completely down to the case! Priceless less here, call around. Sure I drove 2 hours for a transmission but got a better warranty for $600.00 less dollars
These guys are the BEST!
They gave my 10 year old Chevy HHR the love and care it needed, rebuilding the transmission completely AND helping me solve another engine problem before giving it back!
What more can you ask for! They were nice, funny, and helpful. Other mechanics should see how these guys conduct themselves - we would live in a better world if all businesses were as open and honest as the guys at Goodale.
They don't screw around. Call them first. I'm glad I did!
