Goodies was all in all 10 outta 10. I got the rib tips witch was fresh tender an juicy. The amount you receive is great for the price. Well worth going

Do not recommend during this covid mess! I waited 2 hours for two tilapia dinners for me and my husband which was 30 dollars. For the fish to taste like cardboard box! For that wait I could have just went home to cook!

Thinking because covid was over food would taste better they messed up our order and the chicken looked disgusting.

I ordered a small rib tip plate. My tips were very hard and not good! I drove 15-20 minutes to return them and I’m greeted with horrible customer service for complaining about hard tips. Yes, the tips on the top were big and nice. But underneath them were super hard tips. Yes they corrected my order, but the amount of attitude was unnecessary!

P. S. I threw the new order away because the customer service ruined my order!

I got two fried chicken dinners
Both orders were not fried and the chicken looked days old. They didn’t even give me everything with my order. Never coming back

Nobody in the place and I'm waiting on my order for 25 minutes and I'm still waiting. I hope the food is worth the wait because this is my first and most likely the last time I eat here. I'm trying to dine in but this is taking so long I'm going to have to get it to go. 35 minutes never got my food. Too slow I'll never waste my time in this place ever again. Deserves 0 stars. Thanks for wasting 40 minutes of my life.

Goodies catered my birthday celebration and my guests loved the food. I picked up the food, several Goodies employees gave me hugs for my birthday! Thank you Goodies for some delicious food and outstanding service!

I've been coming here quite literally for 20 or more years. Goodies has always been a staple in my childhood and adult life. The rib tips are always delicious and the sides always fire. Service was rocky in past years but it's improved up until last night. I was having a bad day so my boyfriend picked me up some and he had a horrible experience. This was only his second time in and he wasn't 100% sure on the process and trusted the take out person to ask him all the right questions. David r was so busy asking my boyfriend if he "was sureeee he didn't need anything else" multiple times throughout ordering and even after he finished in a tone that made him incredibly uncomfortable, he didn't ask what kind of bread he wanted. So we got a huge chunk of corn bread that looked like he picked it up with his hands. Then after a 30 minute drive we discovered a set of sides and the other corn bread we never requested was missing. Not to mention there was mac and cheese all over the bag and sides and i could see the shredded cheese on and in the Mac. Whoever was cooking last night completely missed the mark and David made the entire experience uncomfortable. Very disappointed. However props to the nice woman working the front last time we came in and the older gentleman with the braids. I know every time they're in the experience and food will be amazing.

The rib tips were cooked to perfection. The hot BBQ sauce was an excellent level of spicy. The person working the counter took the time to explain the menu options to me and gave a fair assessment of the choices. They made sure to let me know there were desert options available. The wait was kind of long, and the sides seemed to be from a can, but nothing would stop me from coming back the next time I'm in Cincinnati! The food was delicious. The sweet bread is a MUST have. And I got three meals out of the small tips!

The food was just ok. I expected better from a place that had been around as long as they had. The food lacked seasoning. The Mac and Cheese managed to be both watery and greasy, and some of the noodles were black in color. The greens were mostly stems and lacked flavor. The ribs were ok, but they needed the sauce to make them good. The peach cobbler was a miss. The people were friendly and helpful, they were they best part of the place. The place was quiet and had plenty of space. Overall, they were ok. I would not eat there regularly, but I would try them again.

Great rib tips! Call in order is always ready, hot and tasty.

UPDATE: 6/29/2020 -Tips are my favorite and peach cobbler is good too.

UPDATE: I think Goodies has begun to steam the rib tips, now they don't have that charcoal flavor anymore. Very disappointed.

I have stopped getting their rib tips they don't taste barbecued and were too inconsistent on tenderness. This is not that hard, Barbecue them and buy a smoker and viola! Smh

The food was weird tasting the barbecue sauce was terrible the whole situation was off I truly hope you guys get it together

So I went up here and Order two platter with two side of baked beans also waited on a fresh batch of beans and come home to one of my beans looking old ash whn I call up there and told them my problem the lady seem to have a attitude and my only opt was to get half price on buying another side of baked beans I think not Chris
