Goodwill Store & Donation Center, Centerville OH

No notice of "cash only" purchases before I was ready to check out. Very disappointing. Company wide is what I was told.

Been to sooooo many Goodwill Stores, this Goodwill is by far the best Store to shop. Great Customer Service.

Employees are treated terribly by management, pricing is ridiculous and they claim to be a charity.nope.
I will shop independent stores but NEVER again at Goodwill, as it's more accurately described as ILLWILL

On the bigger sized thrift store. But has lots of stuff to look through. Just sad that they've jacked their pricing up so high! That's craziness, especially since it's used goods. But if you really shop around and look, there is some decent prices. I think they know that there's people out there who thrift around for name brand stuff and resale the stuff they find. But that's still insane to price hike everything because of those people. Especially since it's been donated to them and the store doesn't pay for those donated items. Overall, at this location you can find really nice clothing for both adults, teenagers, and children. And the shoes are nice as well. Store is usually very tidy and clean.

I’ve never been to goodwill but love thrifting! Everything was super clean even the dressing room. Loved everything about this experience. I got so many great things for such a good deal. Snagged some true religion and loft! The staff was super nice and helpful too.

Store is neat and used to be a hidden gem, but popular now and still filled with great new and used items.

Always a pleasure to go into this Goodwill store. Not only is everything arranged by size, but also by color. The store always looks nice and the bathroom is always clean. That's not something you find very often, unfortunately. I highly recommend this place. You can always find something to buy here. I will be back.

They could use more workers. The line for the checkout moves pretty slow. Otherwise it is a decent thrift store.

Good store! We worked a team at the back room. They find good things and clothings. Good Prices. I hope they enjoy to buy something to find it.

I didn't find anything AMAZING like I normally do but the stores are always clean and the customer service is nice!

I like to go here on sundays to look through whatever color tags they are promoting that day since those clothes are only 99 cents.

Donated a bunch of stuff, but also found out how picky they are and i think its terrible, great cause i agree but not sure why they would be picky like that with so many in need

Always find great deals and then site in Centerville had a lot of name brand items of good quality

Not much in the way of any good stuff looks like mostly things that need to be in the trash 1 out of 20 things that is decent not worth the trip

Electronics are overpriced here, $15 for ANY router, most were very old and not nearly worth it. Monitors priced by size and not quality, no good deals to be found.

Great knowledgable staff. Really great prices on mens clothing, shoes, and most things. You can find almost anything here. Only thing it lacks is a good sorting system for some of the things.

I really appreciate the neatness and customer service. I went home a happy shopper with good choices at bargain prices!

I love all the Goodwill stores in the area and this one is one of my absolute favorites! They have a wide variety of clothing and shoes and accessories and household items for sale. I never leave empty-handed! I always leave with a great deal. I recommend shopping here if you're looking for thrifty deals!

Items are grouped well, store is well organized. Regular shoppers have figured out the system of when fresh items placed on floor. Used to be able to get items that had been donated from retail stores with tags attached. I believe they no longer put those out for purchase, placed online for sale. But I was able to get a top, still in style for a funeral way cheaper than anywhere else. Best deals are no longer there, so don't waste your time.

Every rack is stuffed full so it's hard to pick through sometimes. Lots of stuff to buy and ok prices. Some things are over priced in my opinion.
