Gorjanc Comfort Services, Cleveland OH

Our hot water tank was leaking and rusted out at the bottom. We called Gorjanc and they sent a tech out to assess the problem within the same day. Our tech, Chris, was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He returned the very next day and replaced our old/broken hot water tank with a new one. He did a great job explaining everything to us and cleaned up the work area, too. We will definitely be calling Gorjanc again if we have future plumbing issues.
UPDATE: We were having issues with our upstairs toilet and had to get it replaced. We once again contacted Gorjanc and they were able to quickly assist us. Our tech, Mike, was friendly and helpful. He took out our old toilet and installed a new one. He cleaned up his work space and showed us that the new toilet was working properly. I'm glad we relied on Gorjanc once again.

The Gorjanc servicemen were terrific! They were on time, very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. They made me aware of things that Gorjanc could do to improve our system but they weren’t pushy about it. I purchased a Gorjanc money saving membership since I’m sure that I want them to be the ones to address any HVAC issues that we might have in the future.

From start to finish, this company was as professional as they come. Our technician, Paul, was a joy to have working in the house. Everything he did for us was explained as was the function of the parts he used. Because parts needed ordering, they too, were received and installed in a timely fashion. He even put new batteries in our smoke detectors without our asking and made sure we knew how to set our thermostat correctly before leaving. Also want to note that Paul came fully protected wearing a mask because of Covid and that the company made sure he was protected from us as well. Also received emails and calls notifying us when he would arrive. Would I use Gorjanc again? In a heartbeat.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Received a courtesy call before tech was arriving and tech, Frank Szymanski, arrived promptly. Frank was able to diagnose the problem with my indoor unit and I received the maintenance service it needed to make it function properly.

We have been using Gorjanc for over 25 years and have been very pleased with their services. They are always on time and all of their technicians are very thorough and efficient. We highly recommend their services.

Be very careful with this company. My mother n law who is 95 yrs old called them out service her units. The service guy was not her original service man and the one they sent out tried to sell her something she did not need and it was a lot of money. This company is selling products and service to people that they do not need. If you have any doubts call another company. When my mother n law tried to get the service guy back she originally had they refused to send him. Now she is dealing with another company who is trust worthy. Call anyone else but this company.

I recently had Gorjanc out to replace two toilets and a hot water heater. Absolutely outstanding service and workmanship. Mike, the plumber who completed our call, was fantastic. Courteous, quick, great worker, good personality, and most of all, knew what he was doing. I’ll use Gorjanc again for plumbing, as I already do for heating and cooling with the same great success.

He had to make two trips for parts, but went the extra miles (literally) so the repair could be completed same day and before I had to leave for work.

John and his team were outstanding and we will be doing business with them again in the future. They got our install scheduled within a few weeks after the first visit for our quote, and the actual install was done in two days. They were respectful and thoughtful while in our home (covered shoes, didn't make a mess and cleaned up all areas promptly) and the LG ductless mini splits they installed are working beautifully in our 100-year old home - we especially love the LG art cool gallery. Technicians installed a whole house dehumidifier. Excellent installation process and thoughtful craftsmanship. The installers took time to insure that we understood the system's operation and processes.
