Don't waste your time if you're going for beer. Tried to order three beers off the printed menu - none were available. When I asked for possible substitutions, there were none according to the bartender. When I asked for a current list of what was available, the less than helpful bartender continued to be so, and told me there wasn't one. We left.

Feel bad for the servers at this place - they do their best but it's obvious the place is understaffed and from the very few review responses on here it's obvious the owners are arrogant and don't care at all. The view is nice but this place is horribly managed. They will close at random hours even if the place is full. The beer is okay but this barely qualifies as a "brewery" since they have all of two beers, the rest of the menu is all other random brands. Would not recommend to anyone, just hope this location changes hands to competent management.

We ordered 2 long island iced teas, upgraded tequila to 1800 silver, there was approximately a quarter inch of alcohol in our glasses, then they added ice, a splash of sours & filled it up with Coke, I thought maybe at that point the drinks were going to be $5.00 but $28.00? ! We had so many Long Island iced teas since we’ve been here that were amazing and these were hands down the worst! We paid $10 At other places and it was so worth it. We didn’t even order food after having drinks. We actually saw some people bringing their food back because it wasn’t cooked.

We were a party of 8 and stopped in late Thursday afternoon (3: 55). We could not find their hours posted anywhere. We had no idea when they opened. We couldn't get cell service to check on line. After several minutes in the parking lot, we were able to talk to a barmaid that was stocking the outside bar and she said they opened at 4: 00. We were not invited in to sit for a few minutes (despite the heat) until they opened. As we got a very unfriendly vibe we left and took our business elsewhere.

I'm giving a 3 star because the food is very good. I've stopped here 2 years in a row and the service at the outside bar is horrible. I felt like the invisible woman. I sat at the outside bar for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, and there were only 6 other customers at the bar. Good luck.

Closed early on a Sunday at like 6: 30 when it says open until 9. Monday we went and it took almost 20 mins to get served, seems like poor management or lazy owners. Great view and has great potential but it’s lacking. I updated from one star to two because I feel bad for the employees who have to put up with this.

We had a wonderful dinner here! The hostess was great getting us seated on the patio even when it was busy. Our server, Nicki, was attentive, super personable, and prompt with drinks, refills, and getting our orders in. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Great view of the lake. Highly recommend!

Customer service 101 - MY family and I arrived for dinner and were given the choice of two patio seats, both in the hot sun on an 85 degree day. I have 2 young children and we’d just spent the day in the sun on the beach. We sat down and a seat in the shade opened up 90 seconds later. I asked the waitress if we could move to the shaded seat and she said no. There were no other customers waiting and no reservations, so I didn’t understand why. She offered to send a manager to explain and a gentleman came and told me if I ask to change seats, everyone will begin to ask so it’s their policy that customers stay where they’re seated. Furthermore, they’d have to go through the trouble of changing our seat in their computer. What a silly policy, and how very lazy! If we decided to leave and come back one minute later, we’d have the choice of that shaded seat! I’ve never been rejected when asked to change a seat at any restaurant prior to this. Very poor customer service. We left.

My husband & I came here for dinner Thursday evening for our anniversary. There was a short wait at the door due to staff shortage/call offs. This didn’t change the experience at all. From the moment we were greeted by the young gentleman that waited on us, everything was perfect. The staff were busting their butts to genuinely give everyone a good experience. Our food was absolutely delicious and we loved the concept of cooking the steaks. Our server was on top of everything, and very friendly. The view at sunset was the cherry on top.

We visited Geneva On The Lake and stopped here for supper. What a great experience! I had the fish tacos and they are delicious. From the salty blackened fish to the sweet sauce, these are truly a must try. Great customer service and atmosphere.

What a gorgeous restaurant/bar! We tried the lobster corn dogs and this was hands down one of the best things I have ever ate!

This place would be ok if they fired there bartenders that work at outside bar, and hired new ones that actually do there job's, they are rude, No personality at all. You will wait for 15 minutes waiting on them to get you another beer, but the owners just don't care, the food is average. The brunette bartender is the worst out of them all, she will not go out of the way to do anything. We stopped going at this place because of the crappie service

Went on with family and friends to enjoy the lake and some great food and beverages. Well we go and not only are they out of a lot of the beer for a brewery. But then the sever lies to me and says they have fresh calamari it comes out and it’s clearly from a frozen bag! Wouldn’t go if I was you! Management needs to clean things up!

For the third time here, I won't return or recommend. Hostess did there job very well, super friendly. Seated us. Gave us our menu's, explained everything. 4 diff waitress walked by, and walked by, 2 different groups that came in after us, received service, drinks, ect. I walked back out 18 mins later. Not one person said a word. There were 4 tables outside being served. Not 1 inside.
The prices of things are very high. Sure keeps the rift raft out, but spending $50-75-100 and walking out hungry? Pickle bills atleast ill go home full for the price of 8oz steak at $28.3 tacos for $14.
Last time we were here, they closed, brought us our dinner in boxes, asked us to pay and leave. Idk whats going on here, but apparently needs some new management and training.

Stopped in for a few drinks. We had the GOTL Lager and the Pale Ale. Both were delicious! There is a really nice patio that looks over the water and the back dining room has giant windows to look out as well. We did not eat there, but the food smelled amazing! They bring the meat out to you on volcanic rock so you can cook it to your liking!

Comedy night! So glad it's local! Had a great time, would do it again! I had lobster corndog, don't think I would do it again. The Maui + Rasoto! Was awesome would definitely go right for that next time.keep us updated on shows and comedians! Thanks for a great date night!

This place was packed when we went back in June. Obviously prime time. So service was a little lacking but regardless. Food was excellent. This was our second time here and I am not at all disappointed. Will definitely be back! Loved the lava stone steak experience.

Very pleasantly surprised. Hot stone steak was pretty awesome even though I had the pineapple chicken. Also the giant pretzel and lobster corn dog were great too.

The outside of the restaurant is constantly covered in garbage and it sits there for days. If you can't take care of the outside of your restaurant I can only imagine what your kitchen looks like. I don't suggest anybody go here. It's highly overrated.
