I'd only bring my dog here to die. Which in fact, my dog did die in their care. She was a 8 years old, that's not very old for a beagle. Mattie had labored breathing and I brought her here specifically because no where else could see her quickly. Because I was so worried my dog would die alone I asked the vet after she'd been accessed, if she was suffering, and if she was I wanted to be there if she needed to be put to sleep. The vet told me she was sure Mattie would be fine and they'd call me the next day for an update on her. I went home, called every two hours for an update on her and was told her condition was the same, but wasn't getting any worse every time I called. At 12: 17 am I got a call informing me that my dog had passed away. Alone. Just like I was trying to prevent. I went the next day to pick up her remains and was told I'd need to pay $75 on top of the $360 I paid the previous day, just to get her remains released to me. So I asked if it was possible to take the $75 out of the $360 I paid for her overnight stay, you know, since she died she didn't technically get a full overnight stay. The old bird at the desk got really red in the face and ran to the back to get someone to come save her from the crying woman at the desk grieving her dog. Apparently my request was ridiculous and I ended up paying the $75 for my dogs dead body. No diagnosis was given, to this day I still don't know what happened to my dog.
Next time I will simply as my neighbors 3 year old if he thinks my dog is going to die or not because he seems to be more informed than this pathetic excuse for a vets office. Thank you for nothing and I sincerely hope I get to return the favor one day.

I am furious with their service! Saturday there was an accident where 2 of our puppies got detergent poisoning before they went to their forever homes. We didn't know until after the one left and started having seizures. The owner brought him to Grady. We told them over the phone what had to of happened. They didn't listen and proceeded to quote the woman $1300 worth of tests to find out what was going on. The woman freaked and transferred ownership back to us. When we got there they told us he was having seizures back to back, the medication they were giving wasn't working and that he was unresponsive and recommended euthanizeing him (the vet as said she didn't want to argue with us when we told her it was poisoning not neurological). We asked to see him first. They carried him in mid seizure and once it was done he started sniffing us and trying to get closer. We told them we will be taking him home now. They didn't want us leaving with him. We got him home and his seizures were about an hour apart. His last one was at 9: 30 the next day. We are now 4 days seizure free and he's perfectly normal and happy as can.
So not only are they unprofessional and irresponsible by treating us like back yard breeders, they are over priced! Who can afford care that expensive? Why should we pay 5x more just because our fur babies got sick after hours, on a weekend or on a holiday! I'm beyond disappointed in this place to say the least. I'm glad we didn't listen to them and brought him home and cared for him and his brother on our own, cause now they are both happy and healthy!

I'm happy that I was able to find a 24 hour vet for my sick pup. They were very kind and treated us very well. They took the time we needed to hear our concerns and take care of us. There was a long wait but since I didn't have an appointment, I did understand that inconvience for me.

Terrible service. I work in a veterinary hospital and I know how busy it can be. I called this morning and the lady said I didn’t need an appointment so I drove 45 mins from my house for my dog to be seen for his right leg that he isn’t walking on and he was vomiting. It wasn’t a deathly urgent situation, but I knew he needed to be seen. I got there and called to let them know I was there and they said they would call when a room opened up. After an hour of waiting I called and they said it would be another 2 1/2 - 3 hours more of waiting WITH MY HURT PUPPY IN THE CAR. I decided to just take him on home since he was so stressed. I called to see if they could call me about 45 mins before a room opened up for me, but the lady said since I left I would have to be taken off the waiting list and my dog wouldn’t be able to be seen. So I asked her if they expected me to wait in their parking lot for 4 1/2 hours with my hurt dog and she said “correct” so I ended up leaving and I will be taking my dog to my vet first thing monday morning. I understand that they are an “emergency vet” and they are busy but they can’t expect people to wait for 5+ hours with their pets in their parking lot. I would not suggest this veterinary hospital to anyone unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time.

Expensive. Good for emergencies but it will cost you. Had a bad experience back in the summer. Good experience last month

Staff is polite and well trained. They always take care of our dogs without me feeling like they are just trying to sell me services and products I don't need.

We absolutely love Grady Vet! They take great care of our dogs. When my sister's dog recently passed away she wanted to have the dog cremated but it was after business hours and all other businesses and vets were closed. Even though her dog wasn't a regular patient, they were so helpful, friendly, sympathetic, accommodating and amazing to her and our family! We could not have gotten through it with out them! Thank you, Grady Vet staff!

We had to take our 20 year old terrier "pocket pit" in as he was suffering. The Dr and the technicians made a horrible experience a whole lot more bearable. They are there 24/7 for when you need them. That along with how nice they are is comforting.

I had to find a place to treat my Dog who needed to have a cyst looked at and evaluated. Chaz is companion animal and due to my medical needs is considered Service Dog. Grady's staff went above the call to make Chaz and us feel very happy. Dr. Shea was very good with him and staff was great. They went above the call.

Finally found a place that truly makes us feel that they care about our family. Great place, nice and clean. Open 24/7 is great. Highly recommend with just looking at how they put their heart into it.

This vet office fails to properly communicate wait duration and keep you updated. When and if they say 10mins, expect 4 hours. Staff at this location seem unconcerned about your time and more importantly your business.

My dog was discharged with multiple antibiotics, two of which were the same thing and should not have been given. She was also given Tramadol, which my regular vet said should never be given to a dog with a seizure condition. After speaking with other pet owners and my vet, they recommend going to MedVet and avoiding Grady Veterinary. They apologized for the mistake, but it should have never happened.

They have saved my dog on more than one occasion. My dog was into everything in his younger days. They're open 24/7and you can still make appointments.

Our dogs have always received excellent veterinarian care in both the happiest & saddest of times over the years. I'm always grateful for the numerous options explained & supportive staff. All of this offered at a fair price.

The staff was very friendly and concerned with our family member - our 17 year-old daschund. Clean, comfortable. Dr. Katie Shea produced a good plan of care. Excellent place.

Came to this location because my dog was throwing up blood. The receptionist on hand was very rough yanking the leash out of my hand scratching me with her nails. Yanking the dog around to where his collar popped off. I stayed only because it was 6am and this place was my only hope. They came to the conclusion that he was fine just needed injections so he will not throw up for 24 hours. Was charge 205 dollars for not having an appointment when we where the only ones there and for nausea injections.
