The assistant manager Tawanna is extremely rude. When my friend and I came here because we were very excited to get the ice cream. She made a disgusted face and rolled her eyes when we asked for samples. It ruined my whole experience and my last day here. She also admitted to making the face and rolling her eyes and stated it was due to the flavors we chose. Regardless that is not how you treat customers. She didn’t apologize.

We were treated in a very courteous, professional, and friendly manner by Sasha. Excellent job.

So good! I recommend anything with "chip" in the title! Oh, and they'll try to upsale you an extra scoop for a dollar.just do it!

Ice cream at its best! My all time favorite is 1870 tower and strawberry short cake sundae, if you are an ice cream lover this place is a heaven for you!

I’m a regular at this Graeter’s the day shift workers are great, but it’s sad they have bathroom police at night! Pathetic

Good ice cream, decent selection of flavors. Multiple offerings of toppings. Nice place for an ice cream. Also offers cookies, chocolate bars, candies, and Coke products.

I’ve cream was great, the employees were arguing with each other and one was face timing her boyfriend… it was hilarious… would come back again just for a laugh. They were nice to us… just not to each other… hilarious… 5 star comedy. Felt like watching a reality tv show.

Friendly employees and flavorful Ice cream. The cones were a little too sweet for my liking, but still great quality. Great place to stop during an event in Fountain Square.

Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip ice cream is a great combination. Who ever thought? ! When i first heard, i was not sure. But it just works. It’s so good!

Graeter’s is a MUST visit if you’re in the downtown Cincinnati area! They have a large variety of the best quality ice cream and milkshakes that you can find, and their customer service is always top notch. Also, they’re open late if you’re wanting a late-night treat.

Customer service tells the story of ANY business and Fountain Square Graeter's does it well. Kudos to the young ladies who worked this morning and served the group I was with. *

If your not from Cincinnati you gotta stop here. In fact just skip Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse and have a double portion of Graeter's. You won't regret this decision because it's going to be better then any steak. If your staying at the Westin you can just walk over there and load up and stagger back to your room. Sure you'll be a Cinci-fatty but you'll sleep well and be ready for that important business meeting in the morning.

The lady by the name of Sasha was overwhelmingly rude; one of my orders was wrong. Hence, I informed her and attempted to grab the donut from the bag and return it to her. However, she stopped me from grabbing the donut out of my bag, which was no problem due to me not having gloves on, but she didn't either, so I questioned her before entering her hands onto the rest of my items regarding her wearing gloves; she became highly annoyed and impatient as if I was the illogical one for asking a valid question, she forcefully handed me my bag due to frustration, which fell onto the floor and received no apology. Yet, I was so patient even after receiving the wrong item. Worst experience ever!

I’ve tried a couple different Graeter’s locations and they are consistently bad. Don’t waste your $. Find a real ice cream shop. It’s more like ice milk than ice cream. ️Yuck. Staff was polite so I gave them 2 stars strictly for them.

Amazing ice cream and awesome store layout. The service and attentiveness was great and well appreciated! If in Cincinnati it’s a must see! (Next to Fountain Park)
