Graeter's Ice Cream, Hilliard OH

Ordered double scoop of Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip. Ice cream was creamy and flavorful. The chips of chocolate were more like chunks, some very large chunks. I personally would prefer a smaller chip (a better ice cream to chocolate ratio). I probably wouldn't get it again. Maybe if it was just the black raspberry.

I'm new to the area and new to Graeter's. The ice cream I chose (Hot Honey Crisp, I think was it's name) was simply marvelous! Creamy, tasty, the crunch was just right.

Unfortunately, a single scoop was $5.25 so I doubt that I will return.

I normally go to the Graeter's on Bethel Rd but was closer to this location so went here. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn't. The service was good and everything was clean, but what was really horrible was the ice cream. I ordered the cookies and creme ice cream in a cup as always and the ice cream tasted completely off. Most unusual, was the fact that I had almost no oreo chunk. I'm not sure what happened but it was really unfortunate to get ice cream and it not be what it normally is, especially at Graeter's.

The ice cream is good but over priced. You would think for the price the scoops would have been bigger.

Aside from having great ice cream, the service here is always awesome! We love coming here afterschool. I think I would still come if the ice cream wasn't so good because service is so great, but love coconut chip and all the sundaes:)

I ordered a brownie sundae and asked for them to not add pecans. Received a sundae with no brownie but many pecans. It was super delicious though. 5 out of 5 stars.

They made a good, flavorful shake for me, and they made it fast. Staff was great at answering my questions I had. Price seemed a little high for what I was getting, however.

Very small cones for the price. Also, we went through the drive-thru and once we got up to the window our ice cream was melting everywhere and one of them was the wrong flavor. Other than that it was pretty tasty ice cream.
Fast forward 2 months after I was asked to email them, I sent an email letting them no what happened. No response yet.

Horrible strawberry soda. I ordered a strawberry soda at drive through when I got home I discovered that they did not put any ice cream in it. It was soda water, whip cream and strawberry topping. Horrible. I was visiting the area and did not have time to go back. Make sure you check your items at this drive through because they ha e no quality control.

Very clean and great place the young adults who work here were welcoming and awesome definitely coming again

Love greaters and this location. Employees are great every time. Line can be long sometimes but worth the wait, I promise! Love that this store is always stocked in pints (and non-dairy flavors!)

I don't normally write reviews, but I am always so impressed with the level of customer service at this location. Everyone is so pleasant, attentive, and responsive. Seriously the best customer experience of any "restaurant" in the area!

I love Greaters. Very thick and rich, but wonderful flavors, esp anything with their (chocolate) "chips. "

Great service! They are always attentive when I tell them about my nut allergy. They use a clean scooper for me. I love the selection too!

Long line. Not their fault. Line was moving fast.we were last in line. Literally no one behind us. We had 1 person on crutches, 1 on a walker. Staff decide when it’s our turn to start combining ice cream buckets. I ask if they can just please help us. Nope. We can just wait.

Reeks of an ADA violation.

The icecream and mocha joe (add a shot of expresso for the ultimate drink) was made with great quality ingredients. Highly recommended
