BEYOND. Have you ever tried to replace a cartridge in a faucet and feel helpless? Well, Go see Richard Costella at Grainger because the entire team (Richard, aka the Muscle) and Mary and their manager know their stuff and removing an old leaky cartridge from a Cifial Techno Low Profile Faucet (no longer in the USA) was a normal day for the team at Grainger. I am so thankful, I tried to tip but no tips are allowed, perhaps a raise for Richard? Thank you again, I really appreciate it and I will always refer all of my business to this store. First time coming here, the small shop looks like everything you would want in an impulse purchase. I had my item shipped here for pickup, tried curbside but after a while of waiting and as I was in a rush I went inside. Staff are friendly, communicative, and know their stuff.
