Grainger Industrial Supply reviews
9I have dealt with Grainger on-line for years. This was my first actual visit to a store front. I was very pleased and impressed with the level of service I received. Thanks, Bob. Keep up the great work.
Lloyd was wonderful. He was kind. Help me get what I need and checked to make sure everything fit ok. He was very thorough and even told me all the things Grainger offers! Great place with even awesome service. Thank you Lloyd for all your help with me getting my work shoes for my new job.
Quantae and tech support were very helpful on what I thought would be challenging problem. They understood it and dealt with it quickly! Thanks
Quantae was fantastic. He was able to help us find parts we didn’t know the names of, contacted tech support who was also amazing. This kind of customer service is decreasing, but we experienced it today.
Quantae was very quick locating a replacement pair of gloves I've been struggling to find for weeks
Quantae found my account and was able to get the items I need on order for the next morning!
I come here all the time and I spent thousands at this store and just today his name was Simon and another guy stayed over to help to make sure I got my product so I can help a customer out they are the real reason why I will never leave Grainger. Thank you Granger for employing them. I will never use another company other than Grainger. Thank you Simon you and the other guy are the best at the Dayton needmore road location
Knowledgeable and helpful employees. Very decent selection, and the store was clean and put together.
We recently had a problem with our shower not draining and we were getting tired of standing in two inches of water every day. Reluctantly, we called a plumber. After three tries he managed to snake it out, but recommended we go to Grainger and buy a gallon of “Nu-Calgon Drain Cleaner” (Item 10C739, Mfr. Model 4134-08). After driving several miles to Grainger, they took a gallon off the shelf and tried to ring it up. The register indicated this product was “exempt [or prohibited] from sale”. The salesperson called their company help line who confirmed it was prohibited from being sold and could not complete the sale. She even tried to set up a business account so we could purchase it for ‘commercial’ use, but the register once again prohibited the sale. The salesperson even acquired names of two other substitutes Grainger carried, but they also were prohibited for sale. We had confirmed on the computer before we left that they had 5 gallons of the cleaner in stock. The salesperson stated that it could not even be sold to a licensed plumber! Really? ! Then why would Grainger advertise the product, show it in stock, and even place it on their shelves causing us to drive there and waste our time if it’s not for sale? This certainly does not reflect positively on Grainger.
