Grammas Pizza Bethel

Unable to place order No one will answer when when I call. And they don't have a option to order online.

Went during lunch and ate in. Very good pizza and burgers! Inside is a little small, but extremely clean!

Completely messed up a simple order of 1 large pepperoni and bacon pizza and one pepperoni and sausage pizza.got one pepperoni and bacon pizza and one large bread Stix. Then they didn't want to Credit me an order only half of an order. Money wasted. Will not eat at this place again.

Always quick & friendly service! The menu at this one is slightly smaller than other Gramma's locations, but they have all the essential classics.

They stole money from me they charged my card twice and wouldn't even give my money back even though I showed them my bank transaction where it says they took it out twice so if you go there make sure they don't charge your card twice I give them no stars I had to pick one or it wouldn't let me post this and on top of it all I got a chef salad there and I went to open it and there was gnats in my food totally disgusting

I recently rediscovered this place. Hadn't been there in years until my girlfriend had a nostalgia urge.
I'm glad I found it again. Great food, fresh and the personal touch you don't get from big chains.

Everytime I go home to Bethel I have to get a Grammas pizza. Its still good an hour later when I get home to eat it. I keep telling them they need to come toward Liberty Twp, West Chester, Monroe, somewhere up this way for sure!

Best pizza around, started at the original site in Amelia when I was 10 and to this day when I'm in Amelia or one of the towns that have a original Grandmas pizza I am there.its soooo good.

When you place a delivery order (a small one at that, on a Tuesday) give an EXPECTED time. Don’t just say “we will get it there when we can”. Over two hours with no explanation or empathy is terrible service.

There’s literally 6 workers standing in gramma’s pizza kitchen doing nothing, and we walked in to eat and they said sorry our dinning room is closed we don’t have enough people working? Yet all 6 of them were just hanging out in the kitchen? Then we always for the past I don’t know how many years have always got there hogie and fry deal and she said we can’t give that to you that’s for dine in orders only? What?

I ordered a large pizza and a salad pay $35 for it and I get a pizza with four pieces they refuse to do anything to make it right will never order from them again

Husband looked up prices on website. So when I went into pay, I just signed the receipt. When I got home I flipped. He showed me where it said $29. It was $75! False advertising! They should give you a total before taxes at least on the phone. Lost a customer!

Great food. Great place. Just being a consumer that has children with friends. Sports teams ect. Online ordering would invite and give so much more to your business.

We try so hard to support local businesses but unfortunately, Grammas continues to just get worse and worse and franchises thrive. Tonight it took 1: 39 minutes for delivery because they burnt our first pizza which meant our hoagie buns were so soggy they were inedible (so they sat the whole time the 2nd pizza was cooking), our 4 cheesesticks (not even a full order) were burnt, cold and solidified, and the order of fries were both over fried and cold. The pizza was at least good but $44 for a medium pizza (which is all our family of 4 could eat), not worth it. The only thing this place has going for them anymore is the delivery drivers who are always polite and kind.
