6 Rude groomer with lots of rules that were not explained upfront bc she chose not to greet me when I arrived being a first time client.
I was there a year ago and you did not greet me after coming 2 different times. Seems your response to negative reviews is to claim you don’t have us in your data base.
Mackenzie has done such an amazing job with my English Bulldog since she was a wee baby. She truly is great with all those she grooms

The place charged me full price for my dogs nail trimming but only trimmed 2 of his nails on his front left paw and didn't do all 4 paws
Makenzie has done an amazing job with Kal-El. She's fast, detailed, and takes great pride in her job. Kal also enjoys getting treats from the barkery box when he's spiffed up.
