Worst customer service ever! They never delivered the pizza I ordered, would not recommend this place the owner is a duche bag and should not own a place where he has to deal with customers. I would give it 0 stars but it won't let me

Tryed to order a pizza and they advised me that I was not allowed to order a pizza because of the situation that had something to do with someone totally completely different for me when ordering from them for years they were really rude hung up on me twice and said they absolutely was not delivering to me and I didn't even do anything wrong and then they hung up again I am in complete shock that they have treated me so badly

Pizza is really good. My Family used to eat pizza from here at least twice a month but then we needed a change. We still go there when we need breaks from other pizza shops. I would recommend to all the pizza lovers

Best food! I mean literally the best but there’s a lady on the phone who is so rude and all she says after your order anything else? Anything else? Anything else? With a blank voice like she has an attitude Like I’m wasting her time. I don’t appreciate that.

Quality pizza. Always the way I want it. Been going there for 25+ years. If you have never tried it you are missing out.

This used to be the best pizza place. I asked for my subs to be cooked harder and that owner through the money back at me. But that's okay because he didn't wash his hands after he blew his nose. All I asked was for it to cook a little more. I've been going to this place with the same order for 10 years and he threw my money back

I don't know about all of you. But I ordered from the Morse Rd store and I had the VERY BEST pizza in town. And there antipasto salads are the best. Great job to the Morse Rd store and thank you all for the best pizza ever.

To be clear, this one star is in reference to the boss or manager and the environment that is created in the store. Aside from this, it would be a 5 star experience. Last night, I unexpectedly walked into a very unpleasant incident. My review is meant as a caution to other who might unexpectedly walk into a similar scenario. As I have no way of contacting the company, I am forced to communicate it here publicly.

The pizza is amazing.

The staff is super sweet.

However, beware of the environment. Unfortunately, last night, I walked in to pick up an order. When I walked in, someone who I believe to be a manager or a boss in a green shirt, was throwing things and VERY LOUDLY screaming obscenities at his employees. Terrible words. As a lady and a customer, I was subjected to this. If I had had children with me, that would have been increasingly problematic. I was taken aback and appalled. The staff up front apologized profusely. I felt bad for them as they appeared to be working hard and did not deserve this. No matter the stress, this is not how you treat employees. Furthermore, no customer should be forced to experience this. I should not walk into an environment as a lady and a consumer and feel threatened- and I did. But at least I was able to leave. There is a better way to handle conflict and stress. This is not how you treat people, be they employees, or customers.

I love the pizza, and I appreciate the employees up front, but I am torn as to if I will ever return due to the actions of the boss. We normally frequent the Grandview location.

First off I call and the person taking the order I had to spell everything out, he put the wrong address. I ordered a salad off of the menu and he read the order back which was wrong. I corrected it. He says ok. I get my order and it's wrong. I call and they constantly cut me off while I'm talking. Ask if I want them to come get it and give my money back. 1st time trying and will never order again

The pizza sauce is not very flavorful also, the pizza too over priced for the lack of quality that you are given.

The owner made a mistake with change $ he said he would look at his camera and if I was right he would refund it which he did, notwithstanding at first he called me a liar all's forgiven

They dont even use gloves at this nasty place, no wonder people get sick from eating there all the time.

Food is great have had their pizza, subs, wings, etc. Only complaint is bacon on pizza is 99% fat chewy. Overall delicious!

Their pizza is the best by far.it has tasted the same for over 30 years! Everytime I take that 1st bite I'm instantly hit with nostalgia of when my family would eat their food when I was young.

Last night was my last night going there I ordered it took over an hour just got to me it was cold I called back the manager got smart said he wasn't sending it that was two hours then went by now I had to go get it and then he cussed me and I cussed him back good pizza poor management

Grandads Pizza is bangin' and I saw Action Bronson in there today.
Keep making that delicious pizza.

One of my favorite pizza places in Columbus! Very popular in Grandview. I was in the Northland area quite awhile before I found out about their Morse location!
