Grandma's Pizza on Parsons, Columbus OH

I ordered 2 subs. Paid for Xtra cheese on both, Xtra banana peppers on 1 and no banana peppers on other. I picked up and went home. I did not receive cheese or banana peppers on one sub at all, when it was supposed to be Xtra cheese & Xtra banana peppers. The other sub barely had cheese on it when it was supposed to have Xtra.
I called after holding about 10 minutes and spoke with a lady who said she made them and she knows they were correct and she wouldn't remake after I offered to return to store to show her the subs. She did say she couldn't remember about banana peppers and if I returned she could give me some.
The lady was rude, & unapologetic like I wasn't telling the truth.
I paid for the extras and that is what I wanted. I wanted them remade. She refused. How can you be making subs and answering the phone on a Friday night? I can see why she made the mistakes, doing too much. I just said 'ok' and hung up. Me & my husband's meal was ruined expecting good customer service from this woman. We had been on hold 10 minutes and our subs were cold by then. They were not made correctly. I will NOT be giving Grandma's Pizza on Parsons any more business. They have poor customer service and will not make your food correctly and keep your money.

First time eating here.pizza was delish.gyro was ok.needed more sauce but the toasted pita was a nice touch and the meat was very good.mozzarella sticks were yummy as well as the cheesy garlic bread.it was done quickly and friendly staff even though they were busy. Definitely would try again.

We love Grandmas pizza (Parsons). Always great pizza and Customer Service! Always fast and hot They never disappoint.

I highly recommend Grandma's Pizza on Parsons. The staff is great and friendly. The pizza is delicious and reasonably priced. I usually order between 16-20 large pizzas, and they have always had them fresh and ready to go on time. Yesterday, I called them at 3: 45pm and asked them if they could do 20 larges ready for pick-up at 5: 45pm and they had it done. They are my go-to place for pizza on the south end of Columbus.

I called and I was on hold for 20 minutes and after 20 minutes no one still never came back to the phone not good customer service

One of my favorite pizza places, consistently delicious and great service at a good price.

One favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak sub with just steak and cheese. No onions, green peppers, mushrooms. The Italian sub is better than others we’ve had. Good bread that tastes like bread. The pizza cheese has a nice strong cheese flavor. The lasagna dinner is a great value. Generous portion with a tangy tomato sauce. Comes with a nice iceberg salad, cheese, pepperoni, tomato, good Marzetti dressing, garlic croutons, and a half-loaf of tasty garlic bread. Sometimes works for two people.

Literally the best pizza in Columbus hands-down. Everyone says planks is better, but I am here to tell you I’m the biggest pizza connoisseur in the world and grandma‘s pizza destroys them in every which way. Two medium pizzas on Tuesday for 20 bucks and they were fire.

I drive from the Northeast side of Columbus, to go to Grandma's. Food is always fresh and hot when I pick it up. And food taste good as well.

We usually love grandma's pizza it's our favorite but yesterday I ordered a large pepperoni that was subpar compared to the usual and my guests were not impressed especially as much as I bragged on it. I called I'm today to see if we might get a replacement and a second chance to wow my cousin. We don't even live by there any more but came from the Northside to ear. The lady on the phone acted as if we were lying and said no one ordered a large pepporini yesterday evening which not only must be false but is highly unlikely. People deserve the benefit of the doubt. Especially one of your biggest fans. Very disappointed. Almost heartbroken to leave this low of a review. I think years ago I left a 5 star across the board. Sad they didn't wanna get us together despite our loyalty.

It's one of those older places that when you walk in you know the food will be great.and it was sooo tasty, definitely will eat there again!

Usually great drive across town to get it. It was subpar compared to the usual. The lady on the phone acted like we were lying and said no one ordered a large pepperoni that day. I'm like wow I know that ain't true but how unlikely is it that she even could say that with a straight face. No benefit of the doubt. I love this place she the food but next time I have company ill get something more reliable where they aren't so stingy to provide a replacement pie to customers who been 10years + loyal

I like Grandma's Pizza. I told them make it thin as can be, they made it thin as can be. Delish pizza. Friendly delivery driver. Fast service.

Great food not same as grandmas it's different taste but still really good love there pizzas and subs deffently a hit not skimpy on meat at all great job friendly staff and delivery is great and supportive.

Pleasantly surprised didn’t know what to expect going in but the pizza and sub were quite tasty!

I have been ordering here for a couple months and I dont mind waiting for really good pizza so if they ever get busy I'm telling you it's worth the wait if you give them time the pizza is some of the best I've had

Great food. I love the sandwiches. Pizza is great also. The staff is really nice and my food has always been hot.
