Grandma's Pizza & Pasta, Columbus OH

This business has used my personal phone number to open cable and/or internet service and have refused to correct it since 12/14/2020. I constantly receive communication from Spectrum for their services. Spectrum states only this business can change the phone number and they have yet to put in the effort. I would beware of providing any personal information to this business including your phone number. I am pursuing harassment charges next if not fixed immediately. If they cannot make a simple phone call, I question their entire business ethics and what ingredients they put in their product.

Tonight the pizza, mushrooms, and bosco sticks were amazing! Hands down best food from them i got in awhile! I hope they'll start making their food this awesome for now on!

I've ordered there alot never had a bad experience until now. I ordered LG pep, jalapeño all over and extra cheese and mushrooms one 1 side this is what I got.

Place just charged me 26 for one sub and a half pound of cheese fries. I ordered two subs. They charged me for two and and the fries. But only delivered one sub.when I called to try and get it straightened out the lady on the phone got rude with me and said they were already closed for the night at 11: 15 pm and wasn't gonna do anything about it. Never ordering there again. I ordered 3x a week before this.get rid of that employee. She will cost you customers

DoorDash was used to order Grandma’s one of the locations they picked to deliver sent a mosquito baked pizza and we did not order that. The mosquito is baked in the cheese his legs and crispy burnt to the mozzarella. Not only is the sauce just a can of tomato paste smeared on the crust but bug on one half was not the order. All locations get a bad review since the receipt does not illustrate location that has mosquito? Pizza on the menu

I really had a taste fir pizza todsy and thought I order from my 2nd fav best pizza restaurant (Grandmas) its usually not very many bubbles which is also dry when you have bubbled pizza. I ordered lunch special and it's a great price (pop and small 1 item pizza for $8). Opened the box and found dry pizza, full of bubbles and very little cheese (looks like just drizzled over pizza since they ran out of cheese). I called spoke with person said she is the manager and she refused a credit and lunch was over didn't have enough time to return it she said new pizza already in the oven and pick up after work ehen I get off at 5pm. By then would be cold pizza. Never returning to this one located on West Broad no longer good quality BAD service and food looks like they are going out if business!

Very rude employees, didn't give us our correct food then refused to give us our money back.

Love everything about Grandma's Pizza. Never had one bad experience. Food is always hot when delivered. I've just haven't had not a single thing bad or wrong from this Grandma's Pizza

8/10 times I choose Grandma's. I also like the subs, I'll choose them 9/10 times over subway.

Me& my babe got pizza& wings and it was the absolute BEST pizza and wings I've ever ate!

Everything was good and order was correct all the way down to the sauces I spent $71.00 there and every bite of food was good! Will eat there again

Just tried to place an order with Jenny and when I asked if she still had the lunch special with a soda, she never answered so I repeated my question and she rudely snapped back "I'M GIVING IT TO YOU"! Anything else? Anything else? I snapped back NO, THAT'S ALL!
She replied: you know what.pause. Pick up in 20 minutes. I said cancel my order. How do I know what might happen to my sandwich from the time I pick it up. She was so rude and surely shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Can never even place orders. They close whenever they feel like it and not even worth the time of the phone call anymore.

Fix your online hours! You're not open until 130am. Now I have to wait 5 days for my money to be deposited back to my account.

Got my order wrong and forgot items. Person taking orders asked three times if it was a delivery. Wish Josie's was open.

They can't make up thier mind if 3 soda's comes with the 3 subs for $15. One time it does and the next order they don't. Which is it? I Will say I love the subs

Not very good at having orders ready on time. Usually busy and short staffed. Employees are very nice though

Got a pizza for lunch and it was great. Had Grandma's Pizza before from other locations but this was the closest pizza place to the jobsite I was working at so gave them a try. The woman who seemed to be running the kitchen was EXTREMELY nice and personable. I had asked for my pizza to be well done as I got the supreme with alot of toppings and she took the pizza out before she cut it to show it to me and ask if it was well done enough. It wasn't quite there, I like thin crusts crispy, so she pushed it back in for me. The pizza was fabulous! Cooked to perfection, very generous helpings of all toppings, and well presented and spread over my pizza. I would recommend this or any other Grandma's Pizza to anyone.

Ordered in the store it was done very quickly and we loved the fresh hot pizza when we got home. I am not a pizza lover but will definitely order here again. Great pizza for the low price.

We Love their Pizza, and Subs.
Our first time ordering was about 4 months ago. They're now the go to pizza for my family.
Love their old style small pepperoni. They have the good real sausage, not those fake round balls of mystery meat. The Mushrooms are real not canned. Over all 5 stars out of 5.
