Dr. Inessa Bertman-Zats is awesome. She is very thorough and explains everything she is doing. I’m not only in a much better place regarding my oral health, but am also much more knowledgeable now thanks to her. Highly recommend!

Dr. Zats is wonderful! She took me late on a Sunday after I broke my teeth, and she performed the necessary procedures to fix me up. My teeth look better than they did before the accident! She thoroughly educated me on my options before moving forward and followed up with me to ensure I was feeling well the day after. Wonderful experience, despite having a frisbee thrown in my face!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Zats! She is the best dentist I have ever been to. Not only does she care about you as a patient, but also as a person. She's extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and also very kind! Everything she does and tells you is in your best interest as a patient. I’ve been going here now over 8 years. She is a great dentist, and even does all the cleaning herself. When I had kids I started bringing them here, and she is great with kids. I love that she is super flexible with schedule and can always fit us in.

Dr. Bertman-Zats has been my dentist for years and she has always gone out of her way to schedule times that worked for me, even now I make sure to schedule my cleanings for whenever I'm back in the area. You will always be taken care of at Grandview Elite Dental.

She is great. She does everything from the cleaning to the fillings. I have never felt more informed about what is going on with my teeth. I came to her as a second opinion from another larger dental office near by. They wanted over a thousand dollars to replace all the filling in my mouth. Dr Zats filled one tooth and said the rest did not need to be done at that time. It has been four years later and only one filling has needed replaced. She work evening and Sundays, so I don't miss any work. I have never written a review of a dentist before, but I have never had one worth reviewing.

Dr. Zats is not only a beautiful human, but she is the best dentist I have ever gone to. She cleans my teeth herself, yet the appointments are still efficient and educational. I have referred several friends to Dr. Zats and all of them have called me just as impressed by her ability to make you truly comfortable and loved in the dental chair all of us dread. Dr. Bertman-Zats makes going to the dentist much easier for me. She clearly explains what she is doing and what will need to be done in the future. She patiently answers my odd questions and sometimes tells me about far off lands. So in the end, my teeth are much healthier, I am more comfortable visiting the dentist, and sometimes I learn something new. She really is the best dentist that I have been to.

Inessa has been my dentist for over 4 years and I absolutely love her! She always sends me reminders to get my 6 months cleaning, has guided me in proper budgeting and planning of important procedures and helps make the most of my dental insurance.
