This place is a scam. Sells damaged goods to unsuspecting buyers, don’t waste your hard earned money here.

Robbery! Absolutely wrong what they do! They receive damaged boxes and flooring. They will make the "sample" box the only good box and the rest are all cracked and not usable. They will tell you NOT to open boxes until you buy. They TAPE the boxes back up to make them look like they are in good shape. (I HAVE VIDEO OF THEM TAPING THE BOXES!) so after you purchase and go home you have flooring that is NOT USABLE! I got video when I went back to complain. This is so wrong on so many levels. They KNOW THE FLOORING IS NOT USABLE AND SELL IT ANYWAY! THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ITS DAMAGED FLOORING. I am reporting and sending copies of the damaged flooring we have and the video and copies of all complaints to the Attorney General to get this place SHUT DOWN. How dare they do this to people!

Got my flooring from here, they are great people, great family, and very trustworthy! They fixed any issues I’ve ever had, and were there 100% of the way. Highly recommend!

The folks at Grandview are great. They are helpful with great prices and excellent service. I always have a project going and I always go to Grandview.

I got some stuff to do my floors and when i got home over 3/4 of the flooring was broken. Im not very happy

Terrible quality of flooring material 200 square feet was damaged and my house was in shamble’s because this place sold me broken material no exchange or refunds

Scammers sold me 1000 square feet and only 500 square feet was useable told me to take them to court I advise save your time and money buy new material I’m am very unpleased

I got redid my whole house with flooring from this place! They are top notch, the sweetest people I have ever encountered. I would totally come back for any other remodeling need I have. If you need any flooring, go to Grandview! They exceed your expectations and so much more!

I absolutely love this place! It saved me a ton of money on two bathroom remodels so far. I am also planning to use them for replacing the carpet in my entire house with luxury vinyl. Autumn is amazing and very knowledgeable about what inventory is on hand that will best fit your needs.

BE CAREFUL! You have a multiple choice of flooring, lower prices but be very careful check each box. You may get 4/5 damaged boxes, they offer you 1 extra box but it cannot replace 80% of damaged boxes. Be very very careful and check, they are not going to be happy when they see you checking each box, they get angry and tell you to go at Lowes! BEWARE! CHECK EVERY BOX OR IT WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU CAN'T RETURN IT!

Be carefull when you shop here, they have a no return policy, make sure you can see the end pieces of the vinyl plank flooring, I bought several boxes for my kitchen and 3 boxes couldn't be used due to the flooring being chip or broke off, also bought several boxes for my living and had the exact same problem.

These guys are so helpful. My first time remodeling and they gave me such valuable information. I can’t thank them enough. The flooring is beautiful. I’m so impressed.

Paid $1,350 for 50 boxes of flooring and only 20 boxes are usable. Was told it is as is and no refunds or no returns. Do not buy from here. They were all "unopened" boxes. Absolute trash of a company. Don't waste your time or hard earned money.
