Initially was attempting to fix garage door myself, first thought it was cable malfunction, and it ended up being a faulty springs. We left an email the same night at ~9PM, the owner Mark responded quickly saying he could be there the next morning first thing. When he came out he was very friendly and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue, and providing an extremely reasonable quote. He proceeded to work on and fix the issue in less than an hour. We were very impressed with the customer service and quality of work, will for sure use them again for future garage door needs.

Daughter backed into the closed garage door.they came to fix it the very next day and honestly you can't tell from the outside there was even damage. Plus, it works better and smoother than it did before he repaired it.
As long as I own a house with a garage I'll rely on granger doors for all repairs and ongoing maintenance.

The reviews are true! Mark is fantastic when it comes to a garage door repair. My door broke over the weekend with two cars stuck in the garage. The door was off the track and angled with one side hitting the ceiling. I called first thing Monday morning and left a message. He called me in 20 minutes later and said he could come that morning to get my cars out and do the repair. Not only was the door fixed but it works better than it has in years. He explained the issue and had parts to fix it. Pricing was fair and I would recommend his service to all my friends and family.

We called Granger Doors when our garage door would not open, cars inside. Mark answered the phone, professional and understanding. He arrived in the same day, earlier than expected. He knew immediately what was wrong with our garage door. In about 25 minutes, the door was fixed (including cables replaced) lubed and adjusted. The amount I paid was actually a lot less than expected. I will definitely recommend and use Granger Doors (and Mark) again!
