Going middle of the road here. My doctor for my back surgeon was Dr. Lakatos. He is positively phenomenal love him as a surgeon. Now for the er they are horrid they were rude they talk about you and tell other how you are being. I went in in so much pain and I couldn’t sit up due to pain, they tell me no beds and literally take a couple guys and soaked me in it, knowing I had a broken back.

Had an appointment for a broken foot, i was left in my room until a nurse asked why i was there, they forgot me in this room for about 20mins. Then after leaving, ive called multiple times for an update on my paperwork because they dont answer and i always get voicemail. Bad service, my job depends on this and i cant even get a response. Just go somewhere else if able. Very unprofessional.

I tore my shoulder out December 24th 2019. I was treated by Dr. Tessnor with surgery. It was successful, after rehab was completely done I had full mobility restored with no more pain. Life was going great. I recently reinjured my shoulder and will be seeing Dr. T in the Morning, will say this was nice they got me in quickly to see if a tear occurred, hopefully not, but I trust him and his team.

Went for pre-admission testing. Very quick and easy. Everyone was really nice.

Just had second total knee replacement at Grant. I can't say enough about the outstanding staff. Everyone from the surgery staff to the kitchen staff are the absolute epitome of kindness and service. You don't often find a team of people that dedicated to making you feel comforted and cared for. If I ever need another procedure, I'm definitely going to Grant!
