14When I went, I had a great service, the only problem is that one side of my head is 1 inch off my hairline and my other is 3 inches off my head Whatt?
They do a perfectly fine job on my hair. Although I'm not picky at all. I am going to give a $20 tip the first stylist that tells me that I don't have enough hair to cut. They normally charge about $14 but you can always find a coupon to take it down to $8.
The one on Mason-montgomery is better. Atmosphere is definitely better. I started here years ago, decided to go to a closer one, stayed for a while, decided to go back to my favorite one.good choice. Seem to have better hair stylists.
I was a walk in and Got in quick. Ashley is an amazing stylist. I asked about changing my hair style. She gave me awsome information and is very knowledgeable. I will be asking for her aging. The shop is very clean. I would recommend this location if your looking for a fresh Cut
I signed in online so was taken back quickly. I no longer know any of the stylist. It's convenient. My cut was not done as well as expected.
Place was crazy busy as it was the last day of the $6.99 haircut sale. Still, my wait time wasn't horrible and my stylist gave me a terrific cut.
I have been visiting them for the last 3 yrs now, and haven't had any reason to complain. At times it is crowded, mostly during the weekends. So I visit them during the weekdays. Always 'take a number' thru their online app, which also tells you the wait times - quite nifty.
Can't remember her name it may have been Ashley and she might have cut my ear but she was great, definitely recommend her
Worst experience. An old lady who did my hair cut, just don’t have any knowledge how to cut and finish it in 2 minutes.
Not so great when it comes to cleaning up after the hair cut. May be its one off incident, as my previous experience was good.

This place is very interesting, it's like lottery. One time you will come in and have a pretty good hair cut and next time someone will just be bad at what they do. That's what happened to me. Long bob with layers, I ended up looking so horrible. Please bring back people who know how to cut hair. Thank you.

I get my hair cut like gibbs on Ncis and seems like nobody can figure out how to do it right until I went here and going back tomorrow as its been a month and I'll update the lady's name because she did and awsome job and she knew how to do the cut right because her brother gets the same cut so she had plenty of practice. 5 stars to her
I had the worst hair cut. I can cut my hair better than the barber. I left the shop with asymmetrical hair cut. The hair on the sides of my head are higher than the middle of my head.
