Great Clips, Springfield OH

Signed in online and waited over 2x the amount of time originally expected. Then after my timer for online check in finally went down to zero, I walked in thinking it was my time to get a hair cut and waited even longer. 1/10, don't recommend.

Mine nor my daughter's hair was cut the way we asked only my grandaughters hair was done as requested

Zoey cut my hair and did a great job others always go to short she did what I ask her to and I love it!

Beth the manager is the best! I always hope she is working when I need a haircut. I also find all the gals there to be friendly and very competent!

Have a disabled spouse. He is always treated great at this location. Never had a bad cut in the several years we've come here. Even when 'new' stylists provided the care. Would recommend.

Everyone was very nice and the lady was GREAT with my daughter which we greatly appreciate because she is a little bit of a wiggle worm. BUT.they didnt do a very good job of listening to what we wanted, my 5 year old wanted a very specific haircut (long in the front shirt in the back) & very cute angled bangs (to hide that she had cut them herself) and they still ended up doing just a straight bob haircut and didnt even touch her bangs.

I’m posting this on behalf of my cousin in Springfield who is scared for her safety -
I was refused service at this place due to the colour of my skin. This is a segregated salon where they serve Europeans only.
Please put a sign up, saying you only do european hair, so no one else has to deal with the pain of segregation in 2020.

They have a certain amount of time to finish each task. The person provides if the service may be a great stylist but will definitely screw our hair up due to their quota

I love coming here! The stylists are so nice and always do a great job cutting my hair the way I like!

They were awesome with my son who is almost 2 and he moved alot they let him sit in my husband's lap and they all around were grate I would recommend this place

Been goin there awhile! No more worst hair cut ever! Won't be back that means my family too! Lost 4 customer's.all the girl was worried about was the guy going next door.

I take my entire family to great clips! Especially the week before picture day at my son's school! We love them!

They may be good for a womens/girls trim but not boys. I've tried so hard to like it there because of price and convenience. I'm done. They continue to do awful on my boys haircuts. And I'm not a picky mom either, I just want a basic little boy hair cut. It's so uneven. She tried to fix it there and just made it worse and shorter. My husband just paid and left.

The young lady that cut my hair was very professional. She did an amazing job. I just wish I thought to ask her name.

Their customer service was very polite and friendly, plus they did an excellent job on my haircut

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable we got my kids first haircut done there and they did wonderful

Walked right in and my son picked the style of cut he liked and was promptly seated. Professional attitude and all around friendly staff. Definitely will keep bringing my son here for his haircuts. I'd get one too but you have to have hair in order to get a haircut lol.

I dont remember the womans name that cut my hair. She did an amazing job evening my hair out, giving med layers and she even did the best bang on me i have ever received. I couldnt be more happy with her cutting my hair. She has made me feel like a brand new woman

Very clean and respectful and friendly place to get a haircut and you don't always have to wait to long.
