30 minute wait most days so checking in online really helps but this is still pretty fast compared to most hair cut places and their stylists do a good job and a men's cut is about $18-$20

I’ve been needing a haircut for awhile since the pandemic and found this Great Clips close to me. The staff here was super friendly and they made sure my cut was how I wanted it. I felt very safe with all the precautions they have in place for covid and all of the cleaning they are doing! Will for sure be back for my next cut!

I had really long hair and wanted to go short. Showed the girl a pic of what I wanted. She said she could do it. When she was done my hair is so chopped I cant do anything with it. I was devastated. I cried all the way home and when I couldn't figure out to do with it at home I cried some more. Remind you I told the girl I was already nervous about going short. She didn't even offer to style the new cut. I was so upset I just wanted to get the hell out of there.

I got my hair cut here in July, right before my wedding reception. The lady who cut my hair hacked off a significant chunk of the long part of my hair while she was using the clippers. I saw her do it, but I didn't realize how bad it truly was until I got home. The thing that makes me really mad is that I gave her the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't that bad, tipped her, and didn't say anything. However, the more I think about it, the more I see how unprofessional her behavior was. She should have owned up to her mistake. She should have offered a discount or free haircut. Now, every single day it is a hassle to try and style my hair. To be honest, I'm also mad at myself that I didn't confront her at the time. But, I just wanted a simple haircut, I didn't want to confront anyone. I am due for another haircut and I am trying to decide whether or not it's worth giving this place another chance.

Got a quick cut. Very clean and mindful of covid. Reservations can be made online but I was able to walk in no problem.

It’s sad after being a loyal customer for the last 6 years and it’s been two weeks since I’ve filed a grievance, still yet to be contacted.good customer service there great clips.

Jordan did an awesome job with my 5 year old who is on the spectrum. She was patient, kind and thorough. Great haircut too!

Nice place to run in and get a quick haircut. It’s not the biggest or the fanciest of all hair cut. The place is not the biggest or fancy of hair salons.so that’s why it’s a four-star but it’s a solid B+ A- kind of store. They do get extremely busy at peak times of the day afternoon and evening so do yourself a favor and register online to save your spot. They do provide a great service at a good price and so I would highly recommend them. Parking is plentiful and the lighting outside is very bright during the night and that’s important

Stylists here are friendly and they could easily understand what you want and I got awesome haircut

She did a fantastic job. Did exactly what I wanted her to do) in the past I've had other stylist him I would not have went back to but I really liked the girl I went to today)

Stylists were more interested in figuring out computer than cutting hair. Much longer wait than they expected, was told 30 minutes and still waiting after an hour.

Let’s just say I want to be envious of my hair dresser’s hair and I did not feel that way about anyone in this “salon. ” The place was filthy and unprofessional. Not worth it for the cheap haircut.

Excellent hair salon only issue was computer wasn't working that day so need to pay by cash even though I have credit card and gift card.

Great Clips offers quick walk in haircuts. They do a nice job, nothing fancy but can do things like layers and thinning out thick hair. With the app you can check in before you get there which lessens the wait.
