Very kind staff. Extremely professional and was well worth the time and was reasonably priced. Super convenient and I'm absolutely satisfied with the experience as a whole.

We checked in for my daughter online and showed up when notified via text message. Haircut was great, and process was fast and efficient.

The woman that I had hair cut was Brittany was very rude and mean. She was very harsh on my hair on pulling it very rough while doing the hair cut. Hair cut really went bad because she is more concentrated on leaving the job than working on it. I think they should move their closing time to 5 instead of 6 because they are not at all willing to work after 5. She seem very upset and unhappy of people who had their appointments scheduled at 5 or after.

Only 2 people cutting hair on the job and 2 people waiting on the cut list in front of me. 45 minutes before I got in the chair for my cut. It was sad and depressing. Giving 2 stars is pushing it!

There's this old man that doesn't know the difference between a mask and a cape, took my little brothers mask off threw it on the ground, messed up his hair leaving three gabs on the right side of his head causing some minor bleeding. Then messed up my other little brothers hair by cutting it too short and messing up the blend of it. Would've been better off letting my mother cut their hair. Never visiting again after this poor experience.

Couldn't get a shampoo due to covid restrictions, but I was finally able to knock out donation # 10! Jim was a pleasure to chat with while he chopped off about 14 inches of hair for my tenth donation!

Very rude trying making us wait outside when no one was inside very rude person at the counter she acted like she was scared to be around anyone

Went to Easton got a great hair cut from Haley the best stylist I've been seen by there. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give her an 11 for sure. Made me feel real comfortable and did an excellent job.

I love the staff here. Been going to this location for 4 years and they always give me a great haircut. Also, fast, but still show attention to detail. 4 different stylists hook me up so you can't go wrong.

Michelle the hairdresser made my very nervous son feel completely at ease and he loved his haircut. Used the app to schedule the appointment and had zero wait time.

Awful. The barber was very rude and staff were yelling at each other the whole time i was there. That recklessness reflected on my haircut too.

I have medium length hair and I just wanted the whole thing to be an inch or two shorter. I'm not picky about my hair at all so it had to be really bad for me to complain. The lady was super aggressive with her movements and kept taking my hair back and poking me in the eyes with her nails. She wouldn't listen to how I actually wanted it and got started without very much information. At the end it was *kind of* like what I wanted but with lots and lots bad parts. Like there are really weird, choppy parts that don't match up with the rest of the hair. It felt very much like a haircut from a child. And I feel guilty for smiling and leaving but I was honestly I'm awe of how poorly I was treated so I just wanted to leave as fast as possible. I'm gonna go to another place to get my haircut. Like today. I can't go to work like this.

Thank you so much. It feels good to look good. The lady I got took her time. She wasn’t rushing to get to the next customers. I was her customer and she made sure I was gonna have a nice hair cut. Literally almost in tears. She took care of me. Awesome atmosphere, the other cosmetologist seem to really care about their work and it was showing. Thank you. ️

The last two times that I have been to this great clips they have messed up my hair and not cut it in some spots just leaving my hair long. Once again they messed up cutting it way too short and then leaving some spots super long.

The ladies sitting in the front of the store were having a whole conversation about their personal lives. When me and my children walked into the store neither one of them stopped their conversation to greet us or even smile and say hello. The girl that cut my son's hair did a very good job finding his profile-which is a great feature- got him all set up and gave him the cut I wanted.

Always, always, ALWAYS fo the online check-in. Place can get crazy busy but stylists are super friendly. If you don't online check-in you may be in for a wait. Chelsea is our favorite and always does a great job for myself and my kids.
