Emily! Not only adorable, but super friendly and engaging. She took my concerns into consideration and told me what she wanted to do prior to making any cuts.
I will certainly be returning for another visit!

The first beautician did not cut my hair properly.this is why I had to go back and have it cut from another beautician.

You get what you pay for in terms of service but a men's haircut in my opinion should be cheap and they do a good job here.

Our family of 3 (me, my husband and 10months old) went to get haircut at this location. Me, my husband were wearing mask. When we were checking in the lady said per their policy my 10 months baby has to wear a mask otherwise they can't give her hair cut! Which company set a rule for 10months old to wear mask that can SUFFOCATE them!?
Funny thing is there were 2 more boys who were taking haircut (both were over 2 years) - who didn't have any mask on!

Terrell was fabulous today! He helped me figure out what I wanted in a hair cut and then made that vision come to life! My daughter also got her hair washed and that person was awesome too, I just didn't get her name! Top notch service!

This young lady Jennie outright said she don’t care about catching COVID, so she was asked to appropriately wear her mask. She accused customer of making people uncomfortable- The liar called police accusing customer of causing a scene. The customer was refused service and escorted off premise because JENNIE made customer uncomfortable she obviously can’t/ won’t follow rules

Just went in to get a haircut from great clips in shoregate. Jenny was the stylist. When I looked at it in the store it looked okay. But, when I got home and looked again I really liked it. Hope she is able to see this. Thanks.

Great place to get your haircut. The wait was kinda long due to the weekend, which was expected but an hour and half! Geeeez.

After calling around to a couple of locations to see if there was anyone who was comfortable doing African American hair and being told no or only on certain days, this location was fine. Annemarie did a great job trimming and flat ironing my natural hair. She was pleasant and professional. Will definitely go back.

Great Clips is a great place to get your hair done the people are so friendly always smiling and always greet you with a friendly hello I recommend this place to everyone

There was not one customer in this place besides my son and I and the lady refuse to cut his hair because he was not wearing a mask! Mind you he is 1! It says right on CDC website masks are not to be warm by anyone under 2! Will never step foot in another great clips u lost my business!

I just came from the Willowick ohio, Shoregate salon with the WORST haircut of my life.horrendous!

I went it to see if small children need masks and they do. Not a big deal. But the woman telling me this had it only over her mouth, not covering her nose. This whole thing is silly. Won’t be returning ever again after all this over.

Sabrina is the only stylist that ever cut my hair the exact way that I asked.
I wont go anywhere else.

Sabrina was great and fun to talk to. Would definitely
go back to her at this llocation. Hair, mustache, beard and even eyebrows for under $20 not including the tip.

I used to come to get a haircut on occasions to a salon that of which at one time I trusted (great clips), but from this last visit to simply get my split ends trimmed, I may have to pass on getting my hair done again due to being left with uneven portions of hair, and several parts of hair that are left with layers of split ends, something I at the time hadnt noticed.
