The great clips in Maumee are amazing they did a great job on my kids hair and mine they give great options on what hair style will look good on you I will definitely be going back

I was surprised that they served coconut water ice cream as a dairy alternative. I had it with strawberries

I checked in online but no one noticed me. Ive been getting my hair cut here for a while and waiting 30 min. And not one of the girls even looked my way. I'm big tipper $7 at least when the service is good but their loss. Never will I step foot in Great Clips again. BTW they are always short staffed.

Was told that the wait would be 40 minutes, got a phone call to come back in, came back and was told the wait would be 23 minutes. I left the business again and they called in 3 minutes to tell me they were ready for me. I can not spend my whole day trying to get a hair cut. If told accurate timing in the first place, would probably have gotten my hair cut there. Very displeased by this situation.

For a poor quality haircut at a fair price, this is your place. The stylists are always in a race to compete for the next customer, at the expense of giving good service and quality haircuts.

They got me right in period cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Very nice ladies in there period will be going back!

There was only one lady cutting hair. She was clearly not happy to see me walk in. She made sure to tell me how expensive everything would be, I guess to deter me from waiting. She also told me that my hair wouldn't be washed, just spritzed. Ew. I know that it's a pandemic, but really? I left. Which is what I think she wanted.

Got me in right at the end of their day and did a really good job with my hair. Sara was great!

The online check in was confusing at first, and is a must if you don't want to wait over an hour, but once you get the hang of it they let you know when your spot is ready.

The wait was only 20 min, but, not sure why, but 2 ladies that arrived for a haircut after me, went before me. Staff was friendly enough.

The stylist took her time listened to exactly what i wanted and gave me the best cut ive had in a long time

Literally have had a ton of bad haircuts in my life but one word "butchered" I cant believe what she did to my hair. I will never be back.it cant even be fixed. I've never been so upset about a haircut.

This is the best great clips store in the area. Its busy, so expect a short wait. Everyone I saw had a really good cut when they were done. Stylists are very nice and professional.
