Great Clips, Elyria OH

Friendly people but we took our son in there for a very minor trim as he had a whole head of cute baby curls we loved. After telling the lady we just wanted a trim on the bottom, a little trim by his ears, and trim his bangs, specifically with scissors not hair trimmers, she proceeded to every curl and length of hair she possibly could have off his head and then proceeded to go in with trimmers to cut it even shorter after that. As a mother I am so upset, that was my decision whether or not I wanted my baby’s curls cut off or not. Never going here again.

Lady was in a hurry to cut my hair, ended up making it uneven and messed up around the ears. At least she was fast about giving me a bad haircut.

I take my 4 year old son there. Each time, he's has a different person cutting his hair. However, each time, they have all been very friendly and have also done a great job on his hair. Highly recommend.

I checked in online hoping to get a haircut on my lunch break. I walked in and had to wait maybe 1 minute. Tiffany was my stylists and she asked what I'd like and asked if cutting a certain amount of was okay. She did her magic and I was on my way within 20 minutes. I will return to the salon. I like my haircut.

I have been a regular here but was disappointed when I walked in fifteen minutes before closing time with nobody waiting in the lobby only to be told they wouldn't cut my hair because they might have to work past closing time. I think the staff could use a little training in customer service.

Rushed through the haircut in 5 minutes. I didn't feel like they cared at all. Horrible job.

Refuse to ever get my hair cut here again. I have gone multiple times to get a trim, and every time they cut my hair WAY shorter than I asked for and cut my layers horrifically. The stylists don’t care what the clients want and have horrible attitudes.

I went in without an online reservation and got a haircut in 10 minutes. Staff were friendly.

I'm usually on the fence about this place at times. But Wow, Have they ever come Through! My 4 year old is a tornado when it comes to getting his haircut. My own barber had failed to cut his hair and Great Clips succeeded. Victoria is a Godsend and I reccomend her For Sure! These gals know their craft and I DEFINITELY Reccomend them.

Short wait for service. Staff member listened carefully to my description of how I wanted my hair to look. She showed me how to style it & suggested the best product to help hold style. I will return.
