Great Clips, Kettering OH

Do not come here if you’re a young male. Not one stylist here possesses the knowledge of how to cut a simple taper fade. Save your time, money and appearance and go to a real barber. They will destroy your cut here, DO NOT RISK IT!

Went in there told the lady what I wanted to she basically said no and did what she thought was better also said she could trim my eyebrows and just skipped it the hair cut took maybe two minutes wasn’t what I wanted then charged me 18 dollars. I hate it, I will never go back to this place

Refused to wash my kids hair for the cut. Cut it dry even though she has partially wavy and some straight hair, it's not even even and it was just a straight cut at the bottom. Did this as a hold over to our normal stylist and remembered why I can't stand this place.

My husband went to get a haircut and came home saying, he felt violated & strange for saying anything. He thinks, the stylist uses it for a way to increase her tips. He couldn't remember her name, only that she said she was a Pisces. This is difficult situation if someone files charges. It had to be something for him to be bothered by it. It makes me wonder what else they are doing at this location.
Very disturbing and disgusting.the cut made my husband ears stick out. That's sorta funny.

I've been going to Great Clips for my short haircuts many years and have concluded that this location is the friendliest, cleanest, and quickest location in the area. My children get haircuts here, too, and they've always looked great. Our son has special needs and the care shown to him during his haircuts is tremendous. I won't go anywhere else for my every-six-weeks haircut. They're the best around!

I asked to have an inch cut off. We even discussed how I like my hair shaggy and still want it to hang over my ears a bit. She then proceeded to cut off at least 3 inches, and now I have short hair until I can grow it back. I will not be returning to this Great Clips.

Fairly good haircuts, but they really need to oil their clippers. My kids have both gotten clipper “bites” on their neck, and today I got one so bad it bled.

Really nice and knowledgeable hair stylist. Friendly and they listen to how you want your hair cut.

Haircut was terrible. Seem to be in a rush and didn't get it right like usual. I go there every time and it's always good til the past one.

Took my 14 year old for a trim. We usually go to a different Great Clips but that one was very busy tonight. Usually when my daughter gets her hair trimmed the stylists always have conversation with her. This stylist barely talked to her except to tell her that her hair was dead, that she needed more than just a trim, and not to color it any more. Maybe have a friendlier conversation with the child and then tell the parent things like this. Just rubbed me and my daughter the wrong way. We won't visit this location again.

My stylist did a GREAT job on my cut and her tip reflected as such! Will DEFINITELY be back!

They have a great online check in, were very quick, clean, friendly, and did a great job on my boys and husband. I wouldn't go there for a fancy, complicated cut, but for the price, they fit the bill perfectly.

I walked into Great Clips in Kettering yesterday looking like Alberta Einstein or an electrocuted cotton ball. Jessica and her magic scissors made me very happy with a great haircut. I woke up this morning even happier - my hair looks great getting out of bed with semi tosseled hair just as I like it to look. This is my first time going to Great Clips. I made an online appt by tapping Check In - the app stated that I would have my hair cut appt in 15 minutes. WOW - so easy! I got my coat & masks & I was out the door to drive two blocks to my transformation. Thank you Jessica! I love my new ‘do’ - you were fun to talk with and I’ll be back. ️

I have been here twice and had two different stylists when I went. Both times were really positive experiences and I was really happy with my haircuts. The first time was with a woman with pink hair (I don't remember her name) and my most recent time was with Donald. Both times, all stylists were wearing masks, and I felt very safe and comfortable being there.

The lady with the pink hair I did my hair did a great job don't remember name but she did an excellent job recommend it to anybody
