Great Clips, Wauseon OH

The three ladies that were there on 01/19/23 were wonderful. Zoey was the young lady who cut my hair. She was very kind and professional. She took her time and was very strategic in her cut. She conversed with me to make sure my cut was perfect. I highly recommend her to cut your hair. I will be back to see Zoey for my cut.

Checked in online arrive just before estimated time. Waited over an hour before haircut started.

I am offered the check in before I am there on line and the lady that cut my hair lessened to me on how I wanted my hair cut

Great place for a haircut. The stylist was friendly and did a great job. I would advise checking in online because this place consistently has a 90 to 120 minute wait for walk in appointments.

I've had my haircut there years and years and for some reason this time did not work out real well my hair is so short I can't even comb it really disappointed this time

Needed my full name, address and phone number.for a haircut!? Nah, hard pass. Epic fail. I'm certain your company sells customers information. You ain't cutting nobody's hair for that cheap and make money on it

I showed up at the wauseon, ohio store to get a haircut. When I got there the sign said they were open. I wemt inside and was told they were closed and would not cut my hair. What lousy service. I needed a haircut and was turned away. They told me to come back at 9 in the morning. I work during the day. I will not go back to that location again nor will I go to great clips again.

Nice cut! The stylist was quick, even though I didn't think to check in online. No waiting. In and out.

Had my son checked in via Great Clips app for the Wauseon location, and was even told he would be next. However! Someone walked in after we got there and they weren’t checked in online. They took him back instead of my little boy. We had been told we would be next! That is very inconsiderate and rude as far as I’m concerned. Why check in online if they’re NOT going to stick to what they say? !? !?

Bad cut then wanted me to pay for it to bad to even hide with a hat had to go directly to another shop to get it fixed

They get 2 stars for allowing walk ins, but don't do it they don't know how to style hair, just trim it and they don't even do that right, I'm crying this morning as I try to make my hair look decent for work, I am having to give up and wear a hat, I wanted to many inches off for this. Never again! No pic it looks that bad
