Great Clips, Wooster OH

Had to wait 35 minutes after I recieved a text stating I was next. There was 1 person cutting hair and 1 person that stopped cutting hair to check in product while people were waiting.

Today we went to get our hair cut and a design put into it. We've gone to the same place for months now and never had an issue. Today I didn't let the stylist choose a design. I wanted the Faire star in my head and my spouse wanted something similar. The stylist didn't have any issues upon us sitting down. He cut both our hair and began the design work. When we were both shown at the end what he had done it was nothing like what we had showed him and he says in the middle of the cut I don't do all that witchcraft stuff and made me feel really bad by the middle of the cut. I understand if you don't practice and are uncomfortable, but he should've said this to begin with. Not while in the middle of the haircut. I'm just disappointed. Sorry for the rant.

Got good hair cut this time around without having my head battered around wasn't to pleased with my last adventure there but this time way better across the board

Super friendly people who know exactly what theyre doing. Great price for auch good care of your hair! Only place i go for a cut. I wanted to try something new, and my stylist nailed it!

My husband took our 5 & 7 year olds and my brother for hair cuts Saturday. Unfortunately he didn't get the 2 ladies names who cut their hair. The lady who cut our 5 year old and my brother's hair should be ashamed of herself. When you are a hairdresser your billboard is the service you are performing. The service you are performing is being paid for. My husband even tipped the lady after she did this to my son. How can you do hair and let my child leave your salon looking like he did. Multiple bald spots and uneven hair. He has super long spots the front was all messed up. My brother luckily didn't have bald spots but he did have u even hair and his bangs were cut so short he says he has a 5 head and he tipped her $22 because it's the holiday season! I was furious that my husband even left the salon with my son looking the way that he did. The other lady didn't do too bad of a job who did my 5-year-old's hair but she did cut his ear and didn't tell us and his hair is uneven in the front and on the sides. This is what I get for not taking them to the barber shop. I called the salon, left a voicemail Sat after they came home. Expecting to have a phone call in return phone call Sunday and I did not. Personally called in after waiting hours for somebody to return my phone call to speak to someone and they told me that I could bring him in for them to fix what was messed up. My husband brings him back in in a lady who cut his hair was at the salon but my husband was speaking to a different lady. The lady my husband was speaking to couldn't believe how my child looked to where she took pictures to show her manager. She then called the other woman who cut my son's hair over and that lady calls the scene saying she would never do that. She lied right in front of my husband who watched her the night before cut my child's hair. I have before and after pictures. And if it was per say my 7-year-old who she thought cut his own hair because who else would do it? Why would there be longer pieces? She lied right to my husband's face and to her coworkers. So today is Monday. It is 2: 00 in the afternoon and I still get to have somebody reach out to me from the salon. Still waiting. Still nothing and I'm sure I won't hear anything either. If you need clipper work done, do not go to Great clips! I hope I can find a way to post pictures so everybody can see what she did to my baby.

I went in for a simple haircut and got a really bad haircut. The people working here don't care and don't have any skill or experience. If you want a good haircut you have to go to a Real barber shop or a Real hair salon.

Just moved into the area a few months ago and have been trying to find a place I can trust. After a few fails I finally found somewhere I can trust! Got my hair styled, conditioned and cut here by an awesome hairstylist Ariana! So friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted! Loved loved loved it! You just got another customer?

PS.just read some of the other reviews, Ariana did tell me she had not been working there long.ask for her she will not disappoint

If I could go zero stars I would.
Last time we ever go there!
Last time they cut my son's ear (he sits perfectly still)
This time had to have him sit down twice to have it cut correctly and then go to leave and see LONG missed hairs go back in to have her correct them then got home and found even more hairs missed
For $15 for a kids cut u would think they would be better

Worst haircut in my life and I used to cut my own hair in college. I look like Burt from Sesame Street. I went in with a good picture and used words “low drop fade” and came out looking like a pineapple.

I had to edit my post. As Ive tried to work and style the cut i was given, i am discovering random patches that are completely wrong lengths and just not at all what I thought I was getting. Once it grows some, the shorter spots wont be as noticeable, but I am stuck styling my hair one way until that happens. Will not be going back.

Wouldn’t recommend this place, my mom wanted her hair cut to her shoulders an the girl doing her hair cut it to her ears and my mother had been crying since she got her haircut I think the person who did her hair should cut her hair that short an see how my mom feels or the girl should be fired

Had to wait a long time to get my order in. Quarter pounder was so dry. The soda station was a mess. Seemed like no organization what so ever. Happy meal did not have a proper toy for a child that was 18 months. They used to have a toy that you could switch out when your under two.

Brooke cleaned up my neck and ears, and even straightened up a spot that the last stylist from a different store missed. Helpful. Thank you.

When a customer says they want their haircut with their part down the side, you need to honor this request. The lady who cut my hair refused to listen to me, and said I don’t like doing it down the side because then it’ll look off when you style your hair down the middle. EXCEPT I STYLE DOWN THE SIDE.so now because she did what she wanted, which is unprofessional I have lopsided hair. She also added in some layers which I didn’t ask for. A terrible experience to say the least.
