Called looking for a product, they didn't carry it any longer. They did give me some other options to try to find what I was looking for. Thanks Great Clips.

I only got a neck trim and they charged me 20 I usually get charged 5.00 at my regular great clips on Fremont Pike

Took my soon there for a bald fade and his hair isn't faded at all looks all one length. Not pleased with the haircut at all.

Would not recommend "Brandi" for any form of hair cut! She dose not listin to the customer and seems very disinterested in her job.
I went in and asked for 1/2in on top and blend down to 1/8th was left with over 2in on top and a crooked fade! As well as asked that my side burns be left untouched and she shaved them off! 10/10 will not let "Brandi" touch my hair again!

Came in at 4pm. They close at 5. My daughter started to cry because she didn't like her hair cut, went to get her phone to show what she wanted. Came back and was told I need to hurry up because there's a long wait and they close at 5. My bad my daughter wanting a different hair cut then I originally said. She wanted a short bob and I really didn't appreciate her comment. An hour before you close is not coming in last minute. Sorry but you didn't need to say that

The staff on Saturday morning was great! Friendly and got me in and out in no time. My stylist (I think her name was Abby) gave me exactly the cut I wanted. Thanks y’all!

Using the Great Clips app was so convenient. My stylist, Abbie, gave me the perfect haircut. She was easy to talk to and that made my time in the chair fun.

I usually go to Sylvania area locations, but due to desperately needing a haircut and it being a Sunday with multiple close by stores closed, I decided to try this location. I used online check in and headed there. Once I arrived there was no wait. The stylist was very personable and I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. I will definitely be back!

Great service, great haircut, I forget the girl's name but she was very understanding of how I want my haircut. I will be returning to her for now on. She had blond frizzy hair. I had a stroke so my memory is not too good that's why I can't remember her name and why I wanted my hair cut carpet certain way because I have a scar that's about 10 inches long on the top of my head.

2022_01_30_su: horrible experience.abysmal customer service.i used the great clips app to check in remotely.i walked into the the store to physically check in 5 minutes before my scheduled haircut, as indiated on the app.the store was full with only one seat empty with at least 2 people standing in the waiting area.given the pandemic, i asked the sylist (the one with the nose piercings) if i could wait in my car, a scant 20 feet STRAIGHT OUT OF THE FRONT DOOR AND ENTIRELY VISIBLE FROM THE FRONT DESK.she said that "we won't come out and get you. " neither would anyone simply appear in the front door to signal me that i was up.further, she indicated that walk-ins would be invited to take my spot if i was not physically in the lobby when my turn came.seriously silly, this.i typically tip at least 50% on haircuts, sometimes even more.your spring meadows stylist missed out on that today.plus, i am going to tell anybody who will listen to me about my experience.i won't be back.

The wait was a little long, but the haircut was worth the wait. The only reason for the 4 star is the 2 hour wait time.if they had more people on hand to cut the hair of their customers, perhaps the wait might not be as long? Not sure, but seems to make sense.

They cut my three-year-old son's hair and it always looks really good. So far I haven't had to wait and I've been going there for the past couple months.

Excellent hair cut at a reasonable cost. Had to go to a different place than usual because the one closest to me was backed up. The one in Holland wasn't to busy and my wait was short. Very satisfied

Arrived at 1: 50 PM with a prechecked in time of 15 minutes and only one person ahead of me. A lady took my name and "checked me in". Two walk ins show up, and two people who were after me on the check in show up. All of them are taken back before me. But I'm a patient person, no worries.
230 hits and a third person who was behind me on online check on, walks on. They say there's one person ahead of him but that she's not here yet.
I say, "yes i am! I've been here and was checked in"
The girl says "sorry" and walks away to go back to her client.
So I wait until 2: 40,50 minutes after my check in before leaving without getting my hair cut. Unbelievable.

One of their stylist ruined my hair. I brought in a picture that clearly showed what i wanted and got NOTHING of it. Instead of making sure I was happy with lengths and double checking before cutting the stylist just cut and never confirmed with me until the end when it was too late to change anything about the style I got. DO NOT GO HEAR EVER

Called from 2m away, can't tell me the wait time because "it could change. "

I got a haircut using a clipper with guards on them so I was in and out within 10 minutes. There was nothing wrong with the service but when I got home a noticed multiple long hairs that needed trimmed. I just thought a little more attention to detail was needed especially when paying $15 for a buzz cut.
