I love the prices! I have never had a bad experience at any great clips! Thanks for being so great at giving my hair clips!

Both lady's were very nice and respectful. I will definitely be coming back! Keep up the good work guys!

Came to the store Monday and Tuesday closed came here Thursday they were supposed to be open nobody opened! Was told by an employee that they would have 8 cutter s at the other location! Terrible for business!

All 3 of my children and my SO had there hair cut with this location! They’re all all uneven, look awful and will all need to be recut! If I spend 102 dollars I expect them to look good! This is horrible!

We love their Flurries. So many different flavors to choose from. I especially like that they are made with vanilla ice cream.

Meijer location Findlay Ohio. Checked in, came in and was not acknowledged. Arrived early as soon as I got the text. Came in sat down and waited 40 minutes across from a register. Asked why I wasn't being taken, and was told they didn't know I was there. I ended up leaving with no cut. People there didn't look like they wanted to be there anyway. I did email the company so we will see where that goes. But that place needs changed, it is bad.
I did go to the other Great clips across town, was welcomed and was treated really good. One star is way too many, too bad it reflects on the other outstanding Great clip locations.

Wantef a haircut. Dont take appointments. However, when i went said it would be over an hour before i could get in, they were backed up on their walkin list. What is the difference then between a walkin and an appointment?

My daughter received the most awesome haircut today! I wish I knew the stylist's name because I would recommend her to others, as well as request her services again! My daughter already had both sides of her head shaved, with shoulder length hair in the middle. She wanted her hair in the middle short, and to be able to wear it slicked back or if worn to the side, to be around ear length. My daughter showed her a picture of Ruby Rose, and this stylist DELIVERED! When my child walked out, she left feeling confident and looked AMAZING! Her neckline was also impeccably clean! If anyone at Great Clips sees this, and is the ARTIST that worked with my daughter today, or knows who she is.please comment and let us know who you are!

I don't know what I did wrong but the lady who brought me back got snippy with me right off the bat. It was confusing. I signed in online. It said around 17 minutes, which is how long it takes me to get there. I hit the button to get a text alert when it's ready. So I waited outside with everyone else. The lady that cut my hair came out and scolded me for not checking in with her first. I thought that's what the online sign on and text alert was about. I showed up on her iPad. She didn't say one word to me the entire hair cut other than "what length trimmers for the side" and "how's that look. " It was a good haircut, but if I wanted that kind of experience I would just forget my wife's birthday or anniversary.
