Great Clips, Piqua OH

Great haircut, friendly hairstylist, clean. The only issue when I get my hair cut here is that it's always about an hour wait.

My boys love their haircuts! I usually try to show pictures of what they want just to make it a bit easier. I mean nobody can read minds and sometimes the vision you see and try to explain isn't fully understood. So I learned to find pics of what kind of haircut my kiddos like. With this process they have done very well!

Joy did an amazing job on my hair! I was super happy with it, until the quality lady came over to "check" my hair and started cutting even more off. By the time I left, my hair was up to my chin! Not what I wanted at all!

If I could give this zero stars I would. The manager here was very rude and unprofessional. Every time we come here they always mess up it. Never coming here again

I just received the best haircut I have had in a long time at a Great Clips! One of the hair stylist (Joy) took her time educating me about what works for my hair, and took the time to look at the history of my experiences there by my phone number. She could see what kind of cuts I have had in the past. (I didn't know that was a thing!) I'm generally at the mercy of the stylist because I know nothing about making my hair look good, and I never remember exactly it how it was cut before.

I left feeling confident and excited to style my hair. Usually, it just gets thrown into a ponytail and forgotten.

The woman who cut my sons hair did a excellent job my son looks sharp. I think she said her name was summer.

Very hard to get in. I tried to make a online appointment. Can't do it unless they are open.

I went in for a haircut to the Piqua location for the first time and as I sat down, the lady that was about to cut my hair and stops and says “why is your hair on top of your head shorter than the sides? ” I told her because my hair is falling out. She aggressively disagreed with me as well as the rest of the ladies in there cutting hair and told me that hair doesn’t do that. The other stylist to the left then proceeded to talk about inappropriate topics and overall was very rude and obnoxious. I was extremely embarrassed and ashamed and will NOT be coming to this location again. Zero professionalism!

Amy was more than amazing and did a phenomenal job giving my overgrown hair a much needed styling. Do not hesitate to stop in and get top notch service with a smile!

The new staff seems to be more interested in talking then doing a good job. Just go to another barber in town if you want good quality.
