Terri did a great job. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and did exactly what I asked for, which was to clean up my ends on my long bob and add short layers. The salon is clean and the price was $18 for a women's cut. I will be back.

[Note: they seem to have reduced hours recently, so don't expect then to be open until 7pm as in the past. ] Great for what it is. If you know ahead of time exactly what you want, they're worth going to for the efficient time and low cost. It's worth the effort to learn about clipper guard lengths so you can be even more specific about what you want. Staff are always courteous. They treated my daughter very nicely after "the other place that's specifically for kids" definitely did not.

Worst service ever, Brandi was my hairdresser and she did not cut my hair as I asked her to, I will never go back again

Only one particular girl (Gabby) cuts my hair. She's good at what she does, and I ALWAYS leave there satisfied. Don't pay any attention to the "Cheap Entitled Karens" posting on here expecting the world on a platter for next to nothing.you'll be better off and a lot happier.

If I could give no stars I would. My 13 year old nephew was talked to very rudely by Linda on 8/22/2023. My nephew has hair type 3C and was needing his haircut before going back to school. Linda waited until my nephews father walked away from her station to begin talking rudely to my nephew. After she began to take a hair pick to his hair, she then threw the pick at him when he mentioned that he had picked his hair out earlier that day. Linda then turned my nephew away after already shampooing him and stated that she will not be cutting his hair any longer. She gave no explanation to his father other than "I'm not cutting it". They had to search the area for another (more competent and kinder) stylist to cut his hair. Thankfully they did find someone that was able to give him the cut that he wanted without getting yelled at or dodging hair tools. I'm not sure if Linda is not familiar with cutting that hair type or if she prefers to talk to children that way, but she should consider a profession where she doesn't have to do either. Linda should also learn how to talk to clients as well and consider how she talks could affect someone's mental health. We will never return to this location and I highly suggest that you don't either if Linda is your stylist, unless getting verbally degraded and things tossed at you or your child is something that you're into.

Not so great for things you'd expect, like cutting hair. Really good for off-the-wall stuff like subjecting your child to bullying and borderline assault by some talentless hack named Linda. Picture this: Linda will send you away under the pretense of finding better cell service in the lobby and once she's alone with your kid she will go full foaming-at-the-mouth crazy and hurl her tools at them! Why? We don't know, that's just Linda! Then when you return and she tells you to get out because she "won't" (read: can't) cut your kid's curly hair, you can spend that precious little time and sanity riiiiight before the school year starts trying to find a capable stylist. Save yourself the time (and legal fees if you've got anger problems or a kid who fights back) and just go anywhere else.

Parking here is limited, so I would avoid this location at busy times. Inside was nice and the customer service was great. I always go to great clips because of the convenience with the app and not having to wait long.usually. The person who cut my hair used the wrong attachment for the top, and I ended up with a buzz cut. Haircut was free, but I paid double for a beard trim at this location.

Young lady gave me the exact cut I wanted and she was funny too. Wish I remembered her name so I could recommend her personally. So, if you respond to this Great Clips, could you do an old broad a favor and give her a shout out? Thank you

I always have a great experience here. The app makes it easy to know when it's your turn which is nice. The stylists are always pleasant and give me great haircuts!

Sadly this is the second time I've had problems there. The lady is nice but she's cut my hair short which wasn't requested. I wanted my hair layered and she had just cut off like 3 inches and then cut the back which I requested not to be touched and I wasn't even given layers. My hair used to go past my shoulders and now it's above my shoulders. I was very upset and sadly will not be going back. It's the lady with short brown hair, glasses, and Caucasian with a couple of tattoos.

If you come in before they close they will turn you away. Never trying this place again. Rude.

Store is always clean, has any extra's you might need as far as hair care products. Stylists come and go, making it hard to keep a regular one. Located next to a few other businesses with a small shared parking lot out front. It's always best to schedule your appointment online if you are wanting to avoid wait time.

Very personable and efficient shop. Stylist was professional and provided a very nice cut.
