Great Clips, Oberlin OH

I have a girl name Abby who cut my hair and I'm 110% happy the way she cut my hair. I've had a few other people cut my hair at different salon's and they didn't do my hair the way I asked. So Abby is the person at great clips who will cut my hair.

I walked in wanting a trim, but i walked out with layers and a trim! It looks so good and super healthy.i love the hairdressers! Definitely will be going back

Extremely rude and wouldn't even put me on the list because the were closing in 1.5 hours. Ridiculous!

I will not be going back to this place. I asked for specifically 2 inches off the sides and 1 inch off the top and the hair in front of my eyes and the lady cutting my hair continued to cut my bangs. She cut off about 3 inches until I had to tell her to stop. It’s extremely frustrating when they don’t listen to your basic and easy instructions.

I have been going there at least 3 to 4 in the past 4 yrs to get my hair cut an so far they have done a good job

Went in for layered cut. My hair was to the middle of my back. Told lady to take 3 inches off back. My hair is to my shoulders! And not layered! I call to talk to someone other than her and she answers puts me on hold! Ti cant believe she cut most of my hair off and still not layered. She doesn't need to be working as a stylist. It is that bad all around.

My daughter took my son into great clips in Oberlin for a trim the stylist didn't listen to her or him and cut his hair over 3 inches my son already gets bullied from school for having long hair and now he has the awkward stage again that he spent over 2 years growing it out my son wants long hair to look like his dad the stylist claimed miscommunication and gave him 16 dollars but now he has to wait for months to get back to any decent length they were very rude and didn't really care that the messed it up they claim to have a lot of experience with hair but I guess not so much with listening to the clients

I brought my brother in for a trim, I asked for 1 or 2 inches off of his hair and asked to keep it at his shoulders. He literally cried over this because the stylist cut so much off. We couldn't even save it because the 3 inches she took off was her FIRST CUT. We will never be back.
Next time maybe listen to what the clients ask for!

I can see why this place was busy all day! The stylist I saw was AMAZING! She absolutely knew what to do with thin/fine hair and was able to cut it perfectly and use the right products to give it more volume! My hair looks so good. She is now my go to for haircuts!

Been going here for years for a simple cut. They still take their time and make sure you're happy with your hair. This location has awesome people working here.

Got in right away for a haircut today on Christmas Eve. The stylist was friendly, experienced, and knew how to cut my thick curly wavy hair. I'm very pleased with the result.

Jordyn was amazing my son has autism and is non verbal and she was great with him which made his experience great thank you!

Super friendly, quick service even being short staffed. Was able to get my haircut perfectly (I have it cut a certain way.)
